ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How does the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) work in case of multistorey buildings? In case of multistorey buildings, the single point that represents the location of building carries the information of multiple floors. How this can be managed to better apply the GWR?

In the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) analysis, I wanted to create W matrix that requires calculating the distance between all points including the point with itself. Is there any other tool that can do this?

ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: The “generate near table” tool fails to calculate the distance between a point and itself? In the screenshot below, I wanted to calculated the distance between all points including the distance between a point and itself. I was expecting to end up with 10, 000 records but not 9,900 records What could be the issue here?

I have already referred to several peer-reviewed papers, but I couldn't find a single one that includes a concrete example of how 'W' is calculated. All of them show the equation for 'W' without explaining how it is calculated for a particular point. While I found many examples of how IDW works, there is no similar material explaining how GWR works

ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How the weight is calculated in the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR)? I couldn’t figure out how the weight is calculated in the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). For example, in the marked value, the actual price represents the dependent variable where the area and parking are the explanatory variables Now, for this point, how the weights (w) of the area (120 square meters) and parking (1) are calculated to predict the value of the price (97238)? When comparing the GWR with IDW, I found out that in the IDW the values of the surrounding points and distance participate in deriving the point in question by summing and averaging as per the equations below. Then how about the GWR? How the weight is calculated?

I mean that the 'impedance' option is not directly in the ribbon. It's important for it to be there because it indicates the basis on which the entire analysis is performed

Thank you MelindaMorang for the valuable input. I understand now that the cuffoff unit need to match the impedance unit. Could you please provide an example in which cases the “Time Cost” is used? How does it affect the cutoff polygons?
