@KatherineHumphreys  this is a bug with the slider app and I've logged an issue.  A workaround, until this is resolved, is to remove the non-active feature layer effects. This will keep the pop-ups working while the slider moves.  ... View more

@LeviCecil You can use the search option, Features within zone.  This option allows features to be returned that are within a polygon or zone.  This option is available in express and full setup mode of the app. Filters are available in the app as well, these are under the Zone Lookup section in the full setup portion of config.  ... You could be using an older version of the Zone Lookup app.  Was this app created with ArcGIS Online? If so, could you verify the word "instant" in the URL?  Or was it created with Enterprise, and what version?  The original version of this template had the info panel open just on the first visit to the app (for that browser session).  The instant app version of Zone Lookup should have the info panel open every time unless results are showing.  ... @ZorbaConlen1 Are you able to share your app? I cannot replicate the issue where only the partial pop-up shows, and the feature is not selected with the cyan color.   If you're unable to share, could you see if the word "instant" is in the URL path of your app? @MTarvid, we are implementing a new option in the November update of ArcGIS Online that will allow the selection color to be modified in most instant apps (Interactive Legend will have this new feature). It will be located in Interactivity > Modify. This color change will apply to feature search and opening the pop-up in general.  ... View more

Thanks for the suggestion, Brittany. You might want to check out the Interactive Legend Instant App. There is an option to enable a time slider in the app (Full setup, under interactivity- modify - time filter).  If you enable the slider and enable the feature count in the legend (Interactive Legend - feature count), you will see the total features shown for each increment of the slider. Depending on how your data is styled, you might be able to use the legend to show the total active features and features per council district.  We will look at options to possibly incorporate a count into Slider.  ...
