@Stefan_Thorn Is the time-enabled layer, Bouwgrens_OVT? It looks like it is not shared with the Organization or Everyone, preventing the viewer account from accessing it. In the two screenshots, that layer does not appear in the legend in the screenshot missing the slider. Could you try checking the sharing of the time-enabled layer and see if that corrects the missing slider?

The Interactive Legend Instant App provides a quick and easy way to visualize and filter map content through a selectable legend. When a portion of the legend is selected, the map updates to show only the data corresponding to that selection. This allows easy data exploration in a more granular and focused way, providing deeper insights into the patterns and trends present. This Instant App has been a popular app for several years. However, in the February 2023 update to ArcGIS Online, it received some new enhancements, adding an additional layout option and a new refreshed look. A second layout option has been added to the app. The side panel layout option docks the legend on either side of the map. This helps provide more room when a legend contains a large amount of content. In addition, this layout option does not overlap with the map and provides a larger area to view and interact with the legend. To update your Interactive Legend app, navigate to the Interactive Legend section and select Side panel. Directly below the Side panel selection is the location to choose the side of the app it will appear on. Interactive Legend has a new look with some new functionality as well. The button style and the ability to collapse individual sections of the legend have been updated to make it easier to interact with the app. There are no settings required to be enabled to use this functionality. @JGVadnais1 thanks for sharing your app. This is an issue with the app when using vector polygon symbols. I will submit an issue; in the meantime, the workaround would be to use the basic polygon symbology.

@KCoulter If a layer is hidden in the map, it will not show in the legend. Once the layer is toggled on, it will show in the interactive legend. If there are no visible layers, the legend will show a message that says "No Legend". Hidden layers should not cause the legend to load slowly though. Do you have a sample you could share?

@YukoOliver, Can you share some additional details? I have not been able to replicate this issue. Are you using ArcGIS Online or Enterprise? What browser are you using? Do you see the updates in the configuration preview at any point? After you edit and close the text window, does the app update the draft's last saved date and time? Are you editing the source HTML or using the text editor?

@RMennegat I tested editing the intro panel in the Media Map instant app and I'm able to add and delete text in the panel and updates are shared. Can you share specific steps or the app?

@KatherineHumphreys this is a bug with the slider app and I've logged an issue. A workaround, until this is resolved, is to remove the non-active feature layer effects. This will keep the pop-ups working while the slider moves.
