I am trying out the Web Editor, I created a new version, tried to delete a record from a standalone table, and got a "Features will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered." warning message. Is there no way to undo deletes when editing a branch version or is this a generic warning that is not applicable to branch version deletes?

I am looking at the feasibility of moving our address editing to Web Editor and I cannot figure out how to add a new row to standalone table. I can update the values of existing rows and delete existing rows, but the standalone tables are not in the Create Features list. I want to try adding a new road to the road name table because attribute rules require the name to exist before adding the line feature.

Our catch basins and inlets are currently points and that is how we would like to keep them. I thought at one-point things like manholes were being captured in the utility network as polygons and we wanted to be consistent in how things are represented. However, I am not finding that in the latest version of the models. I guess I am misremembering things (not the first time that's happened) or manholes were changed back to points. Thank you for the feedback. We are going to stick with using points and use associations to stop the pipes at the walls of the features. I am moving us from our geometric networks to utility networks and still figuring out how everything is intended to work.

Why are catch basins and inlets represented as points in the stormwater utility network? A more accurate representation of those assets would be polygons just like manholes are represented. In our system the pipes do not go into catch basins or inlets but stop at the walls of those assets.

Maybe Esri could create an ArcGIS Pro "Lite" application that is designed for more modern, mobile ARM based computers that focuses on basic GIS tasks (data editing, layout creation, publishing, 2D analysis, etc.) but ommits the more resource intensive workflows (3D analysis, raster analysis, deep learning, etc.). When I am on the go I need a device that can do those basic tasks offline. When out of the office I do not always have a good internet connection (or any connection sometimes) and it would great to have a lightweight GIS app that does more that Field Maps but less than ArcGIS Pro.

We are looking at using Notebook Server 11.3. I was reviewing the Python Library 10.0 PDF and I noticed that arcpy is listed in both the Standard and Advanced runtimes. Is that a misprint or have parts of arcpy been added to the Standard runtime?

I am in a area that does not have good cell coverage everywhere so we often utilize offline maps for data collection, but I would still like to be able to enable webhooks on hosted feature services to know when edits are made to some hosted feature services. I would like to be able to turn on "Enable Sync" and "Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features)." Then when edits are uploaded to ArcGIS Enterprise I can send alerts that there are changes for supervisors to review.

Please add the ability to show a popup on the map when displaying locator search results on the map like ArcGIS Web AppBuilder does. I know you can show a popup when doing a feature layer search, but there is no option to show a popup when doing a locator search.

Generally anything we do that involves distances or areas we prefer to have in our local coordinate system just to have the most accurate numbers we can get through GIS. There is not a huge difference between our local coordinate system and Web Mercator, but the difference does start to add up after a while. I just remember the old ArcGIS Solutions add-in would let us set the projection before deployment for all solutions and I miss that functionality.

Please add the ability to collect points while collecting lines or polygons. I know a similar idea came up in the past, but since that was for ArcGIS Collector I am afraid Esri would no longer pay attention to the idea request since that product is in mature support. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-collector-ideas/dual-collection-stream-lines-while-adding-points/idi-p/960598 I would like to have the ability to pause streaming to add points along a line/area or add points while capturing individual line/area vertices. Some examples of the need for this functionality are mapping trails and trail amenities (benches, trash cans, etc.), mapping water mains, valves and hydrants, or mapping a pond and boat ramps or docks. I know QuickCapture does something similar, but I need to be able to fill out forms in addition to getting the location.

Here lately I have noticed a dialog box coming up that allows me to define my local coordinate system before deploying some solutions at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. However, other solutions do not have the dialog box and just deploy with the standard web mercator. Is there an easy way to see which solutions allow defining a coordinate system during deployment? Is it a bug that not all solutions are offering defining a coordinate system before deployment?

Unfortunately, I was informed in a staff meeting yesterday to drop working on this. Our entire IT department is going to move to a new help desk system and the IT Director just wants to configure the new software to handle GIS related requests. Thank you for the responses and I was really looking forward to moving to the GIS Request Management solution. If GIS is ever moved out from under IT I will definitely be coming back to this solution.

I have been setting up the GIS Request Management solution and showed it to my supervisor. They are interested in moving GIS from the IT help desk to the solution, but they want to know if the solution can be configured to created and track service level agreements. For example, if an urgent request should be resolved within 4 hours 90% of the time, is there a way for me to create that kind of a rule and show if the goal is being met? Where would it make the most sense to put such metrics in the GIS Request Management solution? Maybe the GIS activities dashboard? I am just brainstorming here, and any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
