@RuthWorkman  With ArcGIS Pro 3.2 the explode tool will create historic parcels if there is an Active Record, to create multiple child parcels. However, if this is not desired, simply deactivate the record (make sure there is no active record). Would this suffice? ... View more

@Ulises  There are multiple ways in which a parcel can be associated to the record that created or retired it. An editor can even make the association manually.  The record parcel count only updates on certain operations, like Build Active or Build Extent for example. When the counts are updated, like any other edit operation, you will need to save the edits. Also note that the counts span between all the parcel types. For example: if you have one record that created 1 subdivision, 10 lots and 9 tax parcels, the count will be 20. @JohnFell  Could it be that both you and @Geographic_Mythos  think too much like DBAs?!  🙂 You can export data from your enterprise connection to multiple formats using geoprocessing tools. If the connection is to the default version it it will only export the features in the default version.  But... Why all this export and ETL when you can provide a service in a map and allow interested parties to download data themselves? That way they know that they are downloading the most current data. Of course, once downloaded - the data goes stale... this is another advantage of using a service. IMHO  - we should move away from ArcInfo Coverages and Shape files. You can also publish geoprocessing services that extract data or use the screening widget mentioned in this post - https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-web-appbuilder-questions/export-to-shapefile/td-p/1047422 I remember the days when we had our own copy of imagery files - nowadays we use a service instead. @JasonBessert  The offline parcel fabric capability only works against ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2. I don't think Enterprise 11.2 has been released yet. This explains what you see like the parcel fabric and the topology not being taken offline. It would be best to wait for the What's new 3.2 - 11.2 meetup to see and understand how it works.    ... You can always create a geoprocessing model with the 2 tools to export the lines in a single step. We missed an important question: Why export it to a file (CSV format in this case) that goes stale? Don't you trust your DBS to perform backups of the DBMS? Or do you use the CSV file as input for third-party software (e.g. land surveying software)? How would you go about managing thousands of CSV files? Would you expect to edit the CSV and import it back into the traverse? Why CSV and not not XLS or XLSX? ... View more
