If you add a COGO Enabled line feature class to the map you will get a very good-looking label expression. Just make sure to use a recent release of ArcGIS Pro (3.2 or 3.1). @DarylHochhalter  "I still didn't find the ability to edit the direction and distance of an existing line, if that is somehow available without loading from sketch" The COGO values are attributes, so you can modify them in the attribute pane and/or the attribute table. If you use the COGO labeling you will see the value update on the map. Ground to Grid correction works well, but if you COGO the road for example, and then try to create the lot lines individually, they might not snap to where they should be (close, but still off). ArcMap would have the same issue. Good news: we intend to enhance this in Pro  for COGO Enabled lines. The parcel fabric 'early adopters' are already veterans 🙂 . At this time we know of more than 225 organizations in production, most of which use ArcGIS Enterprise. Just make sure you migrate (that's easy) before 2026 when ArcMap is deprecated.   Using ArcGIS Pro 3.2, add a COGO enabled line feature class to a new map and examine the label expression. It will show you how to use the ConvertDirection Arcade method. The parcel fabric also stores the rotation (basis of bearing) and scale (ground to grid) - so you can account for them, if needed, in your Arcade expression. We usually show the value as entered (true to the record). the COGOType field indicates if the COGO value was 'Entered', 'From Geometry', or 'Computed'. Editing in Pro and editing Parcel in Pro uses the same editing tools. You just become more efficient and get access to additional tools when you use the parcel fabric.          ... View more

@BrianGreening @MizukiKayano2  The align parcels tool preserves the points that are held fixed.  The common scenario is that newer data is more accurate and therefore held fixed. Surrounding older less accurate parcels are selected and aligned to the new parcels. Newer features are likely to have higher objectIDs, though the parcel fabric, and any branch version data, rely on the GlobalIDs. Merge Parcel Points does not preserve the lowest ObjectID but the point the user selects to preserve. The geoprocessing tool Delete Identical does not mention any OID preservation in the help doc. The only method we support to generate links is using the geoprocessing tool Generate Parcel Fabric Links. If I understand correctly you have a custom solution that you plan to migrate from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro. It doesn't make much sense to change the software to support a custom solution. @Ulises  If you associate a parcel manually to a record by: 1. Copying the GlobalID of a record that is not active 2. Pasting it in the parcel CreatedByRecord field  It will not update the count until you hit build. If the record is active a newly created parcel will be automatically associated with the active record.   ... View more
