I'm sure this is something very simple, but how do I get to the admin API for this service: https://services.arcgis.com/iCGWaR7ZHc5saRIl/arcgis/rest/services/CasesTable_current20200801/FeatureServer I own both this view and the hosted table it was created from in AGOL. When I try to put "...rest/admin/services..." into the URL, it of course wants a token. I don't recall how to get a token for this. I need to update the view definition. Thanks, Jay Khaled Hassen

Yes, this would be handy. We have a COVID-19 dashboard and it would be useful to convert # of cases to # of cases per 100,000 on the fly, with out adding another field for this.

Is is possible to change the color of label lines on pie charts in dashboard? Our corporate color for dashboard backgrounds is a medium darkish blue and the pie chart label lines (default color med grey) don't show up against this color. I see that I can change the opacity of the label line in Chart Options, but there doesn't appear to be n option to change the color of the label line.

Yes, I've already done that and HIFLD has referred the question to the FCC. Waiting for their reply.

I don't think you need to look any further. I recommend learning by doing! Probably one of the best ways to really get into ArcGIS is by signing up for one of the free MOOCs and doing the work. https://www.esri.com/training/mooc/

Thanks for the quick reply Jake. I found that same data on the HIFLD Open Data site, but this can't be anything close to all the cell towers. Washoe County, NV only shows 22 cell towers in this data set. I don't know much about telco data, so there is likely something I'm not understanding, but I would have thought we'd have thousands of cell towers. Do you have any insight on this? Jay

I'm looking for cell tower data - anyone know of a source, free or pay? The FCC has a database, but it only contains a tiny subset of the cell towers, as apparently not all towers are required to register. Thanks.

I know I can embed an entire #dashboard in #Experience Builder - but is it possible to embed just one #chart from an existing, multicomponent dashboard in ExpBuilder? Right now the only way I see to embed multiple charts is to create dashboards that contain only one chart, embed that, and repeat. But if you want to add a bunch of charts to ExpBuilder that is a pain and messy to manage. I was hoping there might be some way in the embed URL to specify one component from the dashboard.

Thanks for the interest Derek. Of course, like almost everyone else we have a COVID-19 dashboard: COVID-19 - Washoe County Impact - COVID19 One unique thing we've just started doing with dashboards in Washoe County, NV is wrapping them in a "hoster" that detects the height/width of the client browser. In this way, we can design one dashboard for desktop, a second for mobile-portrait and a third dashboard for mobile -landscape, detect which is most appropriate in the client and dynamically point to that dashboard. Or, if we have a dashboard that really only works in landscape on mobile, we can display a message telling the user to rotate their device. Here is an example of the hoster in action, using the Election results dashboard: Primary 2020 Canvassed Results You can see the effect by opening this link in desktop and re-sizing your browser window to simulate a small display in portrait orientation and then in landscape orientation. Hoster dynamically responds to changes int eh browser window aspect. I think Experience Builder might now do something like this(?), but haven't had a chance to dive into that. We are also just about ready to unveil a dashboard on law enforcement use of force statistics, broken down by race; just waiting on the final approval from the Sheriff's office. I'll post a link to that once we go live.

Example Dashboard: WashoeCounty Primary Election Results Dashboard It would be very useful to have the map zoom to a spatial extent based on the users' choice of Selectors (in the left pane). 1) A basic enhancement that would benefit a lot of use cases would be an option to automatically zoom to the spatial extent of the filtered results. Many of our local contests only cover a small portion of our overall geography. When the "State" Contest Category is selected, nearly all the contests occupy a very small portion of the map. This a) makes the map look empty and b) forces the user to have to zoom in manually. 2) A much more versatile enhancement to dashboard would be enabling the dashboard designer to associate a specific spatial extent with each radio button choice (maybe through an attribute or via referencing bookmarks?). This would enable the designer to focus the users' attention on the most pertinent part of the map for a specific Selector choice. In our case, because our county is so very elongated North-South and very few people live in the northern reaches, I don't want to show the entire spatial extent of contests that cover the entire county by default, because then the metro and suburban areas that most people are interested in become illegible. Thanks, Jay

I have a precinct-level #election results dashboard from our county Primary: Primary Precinct-level Results Dashboard One thing I'd like to be able to do for the General Election is to have the results map zoom to the extent of the data for a local race when that race is selected via the Selectors on the left pane. In many cases the local races only encompass a small part of our overall geography. Is there any way to do this in #Dashboard? Thanks, Jay

Sarah, Should I be able to take that resultant URL and add it to an AGOL map (Add from web)? I'm getting the result I want in the Query interface, but when I try to add the URL that includes the query string into a web map, I'm not successful. Do I need to be creating a layer view and making changes to the view definition instead of pursuing this URL approach? Jay
