Doug, Exactly what I was looking for. Has Esri even marketed this? I wasn't aware of it.

I am trying to create a survey for our transmission line crew. I would like to display rather large issue icons on the screen. They would select one, then hit the check mark in the corner to complete. It would then auto store the survey for sending later and refresh to a new survey. Is this possible? If so, how? I am looking for a rather quick capture solution as they are in a helicopter traveling around 30 mph.

How do you handle related records then? It was created from pulling in our Featured Service. They are all related to the LocationID field?

Still looking for an easy way to customize my popups using related record data in the main popup, eliminated the darn Show Related Records link, to then click which related record, and then finally see the data you want to see. To present information clearly to field personnel, this should be easily customizable, though all I have found are ways to code/ script this into existence. Esri, why so difficult? Cumbersome, complex and not user friendly.

I want to select layer by attribute, then select related records from the three bar icon in the table view, then export all those items to a table. How does one accomplish this simple task. I have transmission structures with related attachments and support structures that I want an all in one table for retired facilities.

Lance, It is a utility data model with multiple pre-populated layers and fields, with some layers already related to others, though no connectivity. Our system isn't too complex on the types of equipment we would like to track so I feel removing all the items that need to be present when publishing would clean it up. Just my OCD/ engineering mentality behind it.

Consultants used an existing utility data model to push our existing data into a geodatabase. What are the downfalls of deleting any layer or tables they did not use to clean up some of the clutter and items I don't care to look at, nor feel we will add anytime soon?

How does he initially create the relationship classes? The link above simply describes deleting the relationship class from the geodatabase correct?

Trying to remove unwanted relates to empty tables that were already there in a utility network template our consultants used. They said to just leave them there and hide or remove the layers you don't want to work with though I disagree. I like my data, layers, etc. to be clean without a bunch of junk.

Yeah. We had a consultant build our GIS and used a lot of related tables, probably because our existing database was structured that way. I don't want our guys in the field have to click on down arrows or related records to find the info they care about. Should all be presented nice and neat in the popup.
