Jarom, ArcGIS Explorer Desktop will support your service and display the popup as authored in ArcMap via the service. It is not the same as Google Earth, but similar. ArcGIS Explorer | Download Mark

An update The September update to ArcGIS online should enable label support for Operations Views opened in the web browser. At the time of this writing there is no definitive timeline for when map viewer map labeling will be supported in the Windows Dashboard Application. Mark

It could be subtype. The Pie chart widget for example does not show fields that are defined as subtypes. You can check this in dashboard by defining a Query Definition in the Map Widget settings. Dashboard will also consider the field used to symbolize the feature service a subtype if you used a unique value renderer in ArcMap and then published the service from ArcMap. So in the above instance when trying to create a pie chart in Dashboard the Float field will not be available, as the service has tagged it as being a "subtype". Mark

Michael, ArcGIS Explorer doesn't have labeling functionality for feature layers. If you have ArcMap you can label the features in ArcMap, save a layer file and use the layer file in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop. ArcGIS Explorer does honor the labeling for layer files. If all you have is ArcGIS Explorer Desktop you could do the following to get labels. Open the attribute table for the layer in ArcGIS Explorer From the Table window click the save button. This will create a text file containing all of the cetroids for your polygons. Next, add the text file to ArcGIS Explorer Set the separator and text qualifier Set the XY fields and choose the field to use as a label. Click Finish This will add Point notes to ArcGIS Explorer at the centroid for all of your polygons. Shift Select all of the notes in the table of contents On the point note appearance tab you can turn on labels and set the symbol to transparent. Mark

Randy, In basic terms ArcGIS Explorer Desktop prints a screen shot. It's a raster image that gets scaled and sent to the printer, so it is not possible to print crisp feature data as neat as ArcMap with ArcGIS Explorer Desktop. Mark
