Kara, Unfortunately, not yet. We are currently wrapping up Explorer releases for Android and IOS that we are planning to have available in the Play and App Store in April or early May. With regards to imagery the next Explorer release will support Tile Packages (.TPK). These can be created with the "Create Map Tile Package" geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro. You wll be able to use this tool to convert your imagery layers to the Tile Package format, and use the Tile Package as a basemap in your map. With regards to Esri World Imagery Basemap. Work is being done for ArcGIS Pro 2.2 that will allow you to take portions of the Esri World Imagery Basemap offline. This will allow you to create Mobile Map Packages for offline use that contain Esri World Imagery. ArcGIS Pro 2.2 will be released this summer. Mark

Kevin, This has been posted in a few places... copying and pasting here. (I received it in an e-mail). -----------------------------------------begin message--------------------------------------------- Thank you for your patience on Tuesday as we worked through the ArcGIS Online disruptions in providing access to your services, maps and apps. We understand the importance of continuing to provide a resilient, redundant and well architected system and we are confident that everything is back to normal and no data was lost. What happened : Between 9:00AM and 12:15 PM EST Tuesday March 20, 2018 ArcGIS Online experienced periods of disruption. Why did it happen : The ArcGIS Online system that runs on web servers hosted within AWS experienced timeouts and failures in accessing AWS Services including S3. These failures were the result of S3 network connectivity errors reported and described by AWS on its status page. These connectivity issues in AWS affected ArcGIS Online availability even though the ArcGIS Online system runs on redundant web servers and across multiple data centers. Our Response: The ArcGIS Online operations team worked with Amazon during the event to diagnose the problem and then began to work on the reconfigurations needed for the web servers to access the AWS services via alternate network routes. In the meantime the original network connectivity problem was resolved by AWS. Based on this incident we are working on an automated approach to detect network connectivity failures and to reroute network connections to the relevant AWS services where applicable. Additional things we will be working on: - ArcGIS Online is already taking advantage of redundancy and fail over across data centers. We will investigate and consider additional improvements including network endpoint failover where applicable as well as other mitigation strategies. - We will continue working with AWS on further details of the root cause of the incident, and will examine engineering and operational improvements ----------------end of message--------------------------------------

Ian, For the definition query, if the layers are in the basemap, they will not be honored and you will see everything. Definition queries do work for operational layers (layers that are not in the basemap). This blog post goes over the basics of using Pro to create a map https://community.esri.com/community/gis/applications/arcgis-pro/blog/2018/01/20/use-arcgis-pro-21-to-make-an-offline-map Just for context in reference to basemap. In regards to zoom scale, should be free to zoom, I am not sure what would cause it to be limited. If you can share you map with me, I would be happy to take a look and figure it out. Are you using a basemap in your map? What coordinate system are you using? Mark

The attachment is stored with the collected feature. If you want a local or file based version of the data with attachments, Using ArcGIS Pro, you could select all features in the layer and use 'Export Features' to create a file geodatabase containing all of the features and attachments. Basically, a file based copy of the feature service. The attachments are stored in the geodatabase with the features. There is no limit to the amount of storage an organization can have, and the content will remain for as long as your organization wants it to. Nathan, 1. I can't include any Esri basemaps, vector or raster based, when creating an MMPK in Pro. I get invalid file type. Pro 2.1 does not allow you to include Esri basemaps in the Mobile Map Package. At Pro 2.2 there will be options for including Esri basemaps in a Mobile Package... some decisions will need to be made as to how much to include, and there will be a workflow for that. 2. I can export an MMPK with a TPK loaded into a Pro map, the MMPK file size is large enough that I know the TPK was included, but loading the MMPK on either Android or iOS results in not being able to see the TPK-based basemap. I thought that was a feature that was going to be released in the Explorer version released alongside Pro 2.1? Am I missing something? We had intended to have a release of Explorer ready that supports raster layer in MMPK, to coincide with the Pro 2.1 release, but the work to support raster in Explorer did not come in on time. We do have internal test builds, where raster layers are working, and the next release of Explorer IOS will have it. Android Beta releases should also be picking up raster layer support. 3. Creating an MMPK with just simple vector layers - roads, rivers, etc. - can be downloaded on the device, but then when trying to load an Esri basemap with a data connection, I get "basemap is incompatible with this map". Service layers are not supported for inclusion in an MMPK. I think this is what you are referring to? Mark

Robert, The current release of Explorer does not support Raster layers. For Pro 2.1 we started writing raster layers into the MMPK with the anticipation that a release of Explorer would be available with raster support. The releases did not line up, so we are in this situation where rasters are written into the MMPK, but Explorer can not make use of them. Internally we have builds of Explorer that do support and display raster layers. The next Explorer release will have MMPK raster layer support. If we had waited for Explorer to support raster layers before writing them into the MMPK, we would have had to wait until the Pro 2.2 release... so while it seems a bit confusing now, I think it is worth it. Can you share an example of the Applink? I have set up and applink that provides a number and choice list, and it is working.
