Ian, The label setting in Pro should be respected by Explorer. For example if you use Maplex Labeling and Basic Point The point labels will adjust to draw in a place where they will not overlap on the map. By default you should not be seeing labels that overlap. Mark

Matt, We have one reported case of this happening from service on a 10.3.1 ArcGIS server, and in the service definition the outline for polygon symbol was defined as "null" We were not able to reproduce this condition, but for the user they were unable to get a popup. Is there anything special about the polygon symbol you are using? Would you be able to share our map with us, so we could take a look? Thanks, Mark

Matt, When you look at the map in the web browser, the polygon popups work, correct? Did you specifically configure the polygon popup or is it the default popup setting? and, I guess backing up a bit.. 'map service' how did you create the service or what type of service is it.. hosted feature, cached, dynamic etc... thanks, Mark

The first part of this UC Demo Theater video shows how to setup a simple feature class for Collector in ArcCatalog and may be helpful. Video Link : 1415 Also, using ArcGIS online you can view your feature layer content and add fields and create lists. An easy way to create a attribute pick list for Collector. Sign into your Organization. View your Content and Click the Feature Layer that you will be working with in Collector. If your field already has a domain, you can edit it. Or if you added a new field, you can create a list. Mark

I remote desktop-ed to a Server 2008 machine and created a mobile map package with ArcGIS Pro 2.1 My map has one simply polygon feature class. Doesn't appear to be an easy repro case. Fred - if you try a map with a single simple feature, does the error occur?

maybe a long shot... but Itunes does let you run in compatibility mode... you could try setting to windows 7 ? Or maybe try running as administrator?

Thomas, From your screesn shot it looks like it is blocking Avenza and Bad Elph too. Using Windows 10 and Itunes 12.8.0.150 with an IOS 11.4 (a little out of date) device I am seeing all apps on the device with file sharing capabilities. I am just thinking it may be the version of IOS or ITunes or something about Windows 10, but I don't know for sure. Mark

Mark, You can use symbol setting to place a marker on the vertices. Add a marker layer Then set up the marker symbol, choose the shape of your choice from a font. Then set the Marker Placement to be 'On vertices'. Whether editing a feature or not, you will be able to see where the vertices are. Mark

Matt, Popups for polygons can work. I can't say for certain why they are not working for your map / service, but maybe answers to the following question can help us understand or otherwise figure out what is happening. Do popups for other feature types.. points or lines in your map work? What coordinate systems (ex. spatial referene, projection) are you using for your map and service? If you open this map, PolyPopup in Explorer do popups work for you? Are there other overlapping layers in your map? Have you tried a map with just your one poly layer in it? Mark

In ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro, the Geoprocessing command "copy features" should maintain the attachments in your collector feature service. The Features in the filed geodatabase should have the same attachments that your original collector feature service had. If you have a filegeodatabase with attachments, if you share or publish as a service, the resulting feature service should also have the same attachments. The attachments should stay with the features, you should not have to manage them separately. Mark

Terry, Can you share a bit on how you set up your subtype and domain with codes used? I did a simple test with Integer field 1, 2, 3 one, two, three. and Explorer is showing the Label. Mark

The hyperlink highlight will be on when the Hyperlink tool is active. If you click another tool, like measure, identify or any of the Pan - zoom buttons the hyperlink highlight will turn off.
