Greetings @To Thank you for providing the workflow. I can confirm that indeed, if the attached document is a .docx the exported attachment does come with blanks replaced by + symbols. I am not sure what may be causing this but I do not think it is something that can be configured in ArcGIS Online. I did a test where I saved the test .docx as a .pdf and that did not have the same effect. However, the behaviour of what happens to the file is not the same either because when you click on the PDF attachment, the document is opened in the browser where you can save the document and have the option to replace the "+" with "_". I know this is a quirky workaround and not an ideal solution. I would suggest raising the issue with your local Esri Technical Support team so that they can investigate the issue. I will continue to investigate on my side and will post if I find out anything useful. I hope the above is of some help.

Greetings @To Would you add a little more context here, please? When you say download do you mean that you first export the Feature layer (hosted) to a particular format, such as .csv, FGDB, Shapefile, Excel, KML, etc. and when you then download the exported file, the file name is coming out with + instead of _ ? So "My+File.csv" as opposed to "My_File.csv"?

Greetings @IB3 As @Katie_Clark said, you cannot change the field names of existing attributes, but you can create new fields with the names you desire and use the Calculate operation to copy the values of the original fields. Please see Calculate field values for instructions on how to use the operation. Once the values have been copied you could delete the original field. Hope the above helps.

Greetings @KaiBehncke Please, visit Introduction to ArcGIS Instant Apps to see what is possible with respect to customisation. It is not possible to download these apps to host them in your own environment and therefore customise them as you would like to. See the following FAQ for ArcGIS Instant Apps for details. I hope the above information is of assistance.

Greetings @LloydHuang, As @gis_KIWI4 explained, hosted feature layers stored in ArcGIS Online do consume credits to the tune of "2.4 credits per 10 MB stored per month, calculated hourly". So if you have hosted feature layers you no longer require, it pays off to delete them. Please, have a look at the following for a comprehensive explanation of how credits are used in ArcGIS Online, have a look at Understand credits. I hope the above is of further help.

Greetings @ECjin When you added the .csv file, did you add it to Content using + New item OR did you import it directly into any of the Map Viewers? Also, can you share an extract of the CSV file so I can test it? In addition, have you checked the advice on CSV, TXT and GPS files in ArcGIS Online? Thank you.

Greetings @Ranga_Tolapi As far as I know, the Data Store does not require the Root and/or Intermediate certs. Only what is referred to as the "server" certificate (.pfx or .p12) I would assume because it is always accessed through port 2443 by the ArcGIS Server only, and never directly. It would be great if someone would corroborate whether my assumption is correct. I found this excellent article from our friends at Esri Australia that you may find of help: SSL Certificates in ArcGIS Enterprise components. It is very complete, but it does lack an explanation about why the DS does not require the Root and Intermediate SSL Certs. Hope the above helps.

Greetings @ECjin So you can see the data points in Map Viewer Classic (MVC) but not in Map Viewer (MV)? May I ask how did you create the feature layer? Was it from a shapefile, FGDB, or a CSV with coordinates or addresses, or other?

Greetings @ECjin When you are on the Item page of the layer, do you get anything to display in the Data tab? Better yet, the suggestion from @anbinh would be ideal to try, as it sounds as if you did not try it, that is opening the attribute table, selecting a feature and zooming to the selection. Would you be able to share part of the file to try it out?

Greetings @coolgis If you login to Portaladmin directory, and then go to Home > Federation > Servers you should see the server that is federated with the Portal. and whether it is the hosting server: If it is showing "hosted server" as above, then the server is federated and is the hosting server. Then click on the Validate link under Supported Operations: This should give you a good bit of information about the federation that should assist in further troubleshooting. Hope the above is of help.

Greetings @BanQasim I totally agree with my fellow Aggie @AdrianWelsh (I'm class of 81 - Gig'em) BNG (EPSG:27700) is the Coordinate system to use for mapping GB. Here is some additional documentation should you require further detail: UK Geospatial Data Standards Register, and, from Wikipedia, Ordnance Survey National Grid. If you really are into Geodesy and Positioning you will appreciate A Guide to Coordinate Systems in Great Britain. Hope the above helps.

Greetings @user74562 As far as I know, I don't think this is possible. I was not able to find anything about it in the documentation, but I found the following gis.stackexchange which I think will explain this further, Exporting selected features to shapefile in ArcGIS Experience Builder on ArcGIS Portal under ArcGIS Enterprise. However, if you would like to explore ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Query capabilities do provide the option to "... export the query result to a CSV, JSON, or GeoJSON file, or view the result in the table dynamically." Please see the Query section in What's New in ArcGIS Experience Builder (April 2021). Hope the above is of further help.
