Greetings @NathanAtkinson For the WFS, in the Map Viewer, are you using the correct syntax for the CQL_FILTER? Here is an example that works for me: If this is an Esri WFS, I'm afraid that, as far as I know, these do not support CQL_FILTER.

Greetings @MuhammadNaufalIhsan Navigate to <drive>:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\tools\createportal and use the command "listadministratorusertypes" Usage: listadministratorusertypes -lf <arg> <arg> is the path to the portal license file. The tool will list the user types compatible with the Administrator role that are in this license file. Hope that helps.

Greetings @HanhNguyen2 I recommend that you check the documentation on Join Features (Map Viewer) and the Join a table to a feature layer tutorial which should guide you on how to accomplish what you need. Then, for further guidance on the pop-up configuration, please check Configure pop-ups (Map Viewer). I hope that helps.

Greetings @NathanAtkinson If you add the WFS to the Map Viewer, you should be able to use the Filter tool. Here is an illustration: Have you tried the above?

Greetings @DeepSeaMapping In addition to my earlier post, yesterday, whilst doing some testing I found that the capability to join features is also available in the Map Viewer. Here is an excellent bit of documentation explaining how this works: Join Features (Map Viewer). I hope the above is of further help.

Greetings @Sabra-FRC I don't know exactly why you may be having problems with creating layers from Excel in ArcGIS Online, but there are several things to consider before you attempt this. Here is a great article that tackles the issues: Turn your Excel data into an ArcGIS Online layer. Hope that helps with your issue.

Greetings @hefesanti The webpage you provided a link to is from an ArcGIS Online organisation account already; the organisation belongs to VolkerWessels UK Ltd, with its URL starting with Volker. So it is no longer a Personal account. The way you can tell this is an organisation account is because of the form: https://<organisation_name>.maps.arcgis.com Volker Wessels seems to be based in the UK. Is this the case? If so, the distributor will be Esri UK Ltd. You seem to be interested in the Utilities realm so please go to Electric and Gas Utilities page and/or Water page. I trust that will be of assistance.

Greetings @hefesanti Would you please elaborate on what you mean by "... all ArcGIS links ..."? I cannot confirm anything 100% since I have not done the migration myself, but if you really do not want to take the risk, I would strongly recommend raising a support case with your local Esri distributor. Hope the above is of further help.

Greetings @jcarlson I have not found a way of adding a Tile service to Content. When I add a URL such as https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png I do not get an option for Tile Layers. However, if I add the same service to either Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic, I do get the option: That was for MV. MVC is a bit different: Should work with output type .pbf too. Hope that helps.

Greetings @PeterKT If you want to record users accessing services, try "INFO". Here is an example of logging output set to "INFO" showing access to the SampleWorldCities service/MapServer: However, if you want to troubleshoot problems with the Server, then the advice from @MarceloMarques is the way to go, but "DEBUG" level, as @berniejconnors mentioned, should be used just during troubleshooting, since it has a detrimental effect on the server performance not to mention the large size of the logs produced. Hope the above helps.

Greetings @vijaybadugu It seems like the connection to the service is no longer working. To check if this is the case, go to the Item page in Content, and scroll to the bottom of the page. To the lower right, you will see URL. Copy the URL and paste it into a browser's address bar. You should see the service REST end point. Alternatively, click the View button to the right of URL: It is possible the URL might have changed, or that permissions to the service, if secure, might have changed. Hope the above helps if finding out why you are not able to access the layer.
