So from the help - "ArcGIS format means - Only metadata in ArcGIS format is visible in catalog views, browse dialog boxes, item pop-ups, and map or layer properties. If you receive a stand-alone metadata document that contains standard-format metadata content, a message appears when you try to see its content in the details panel of a catalog view. The message indicates the format of the metadata document if it's recognized." Looking at Item Description - the default - supports providing the information used by the ArcGIS Platform. So yes, I think the terms are interchangeable.

So in ArcGIS Online, the administrator oversees portal members and he/she can remove you from the portal. This is a separate workflow item from the Concurrent Use licensing of ArcGIS Pro. The portal items you have with the organization are accessible as long as you can log into the portal. With a free ArcGIS Online login, there are limitations as you'd expect. You can read what those are here. Hope this helps!

So with Concurrent use licensing, ArcGIS Pro is managed via a license manager so when the license is removed, you will no longer be able to use ArcGIS Pro or open your *.aprx's. Question for you - for your ArcGIS Online account - are you using the free account login or do you have a defined user type/role based subscription as referenced here. As an aside, you can get ArcGIS for Personal Use here and use it for educational purposes. That might help too!

Question for you - in the Project->Options->Application->Map and Scene, if you go the Query Layers and text files item, check the box for "Use field types that are compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and earlier releases when adding query layers and text files" - then try your workflow again. Do you still get NULL values when exporting to a new feature class?

Interesting - I would perform a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro using the steps here. Does the reset work?

Agree with Ed that I would skip exporting the GDB feature class to a shapefile, doing the edits in a shapefile and importing back into the geodatabase. Just do all the editing in your geodatabase feature class to begin with. The Feature Class to Geodatabase geoprocessing tool will work fine but you'll need to delete (or rename) the original feature class unless you just want to overwrite the GDB feature class.

Are you using the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment of Experience Builder by chance? If so, the Timeline widget (Time Slider in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder) was added to ExB at the 11.1 release. If you're using an earlier release of ArcGIS Enterprise, then the Timeline widget is not available. You can learn more about the functionality matrix between Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder here.

In the ArcGIS Pro for the Trace tool, it says " Trace (2D views only)—Click a line or polygon segment and draw the pointer along the boundary and other contiguous features connecting segments by tracing along them. Double-click to end the trace and make the selection." If you're attempting to use the Trace tool in a 3d scene, then the tool would be grayed out as you see.

No you create your web map first either in ArcGIS Pro and then share to your portal. Or you can create your web map with portal's Map Viewer component. In Experience Builder, add a Map widget to your page and connect the map widget to your created web map. Then add the Timeline widget on top of your Map widget and connect the Timeline widget to your web map.

So this appears to be the PetroView Add-in developed by Wood MacKenzie - Wood Mackenzie | Data & analytics solutions - as this is not an Esri Add-in, you'll need to contanct WM to see if they have an updated version of this add-in for ArcGIS Pro 3.x and higher.

It's possible. One thing to try is in a new ArcGIS Pro project file, add the feature class first, use the identify tool. The apply the Graduated Color symbology and use the identify tool. Then create the Join between the layer and the non-spatial table and use the identify tool. Where does the system break down?
