Yes, that would be a nice tool to have certainly. I do know there is a Technical Support article here - How To: Perform a Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of ArcGIS Pro (esri.com) - where one can manully do a clean uninstall of ArcGIS Pro.

Related to BUG-000166759 - "Unable to publish view to web service after registering with geodatabase and returns the error message "Error: 00396: The dataset version is later than is supported by your server. Minimum version: <value>." This bug is related to ENH-000163896: Add an option to explicitly format the time in standard precision in Register with geodatabase GP Tool. After Registering with geodatabase a view containing Date fields from ArcGIS Pro version 3.2.2, there is an error message when trying to publish to ArcGIS Enterprise version 11.1 or earlier:00396: The dataset version is later than is supported by your server. Minimum version: <value> The cause of the malfunction is that the Date field is in high precision after Register with geodatabase. A workaround is not registering the view to the geodatabase. By doing this, the publishing workflow should be successful.

I tested a new polygon feature class with no attributes and the Display Field defaulted to Shape_Length in both so that's functional equivalency there. I think what should be done is the default display field to be ObjectID so it doesn't throw the error. Since ObjectID's are 32-bit, it would not cause an error publishing.

Hi Melissa, no solution as of yet. The original author has not responded to my response as of yet. One thing to try is delete and rebuild the geodatabase topology. Does the behavior still repeat? Please advise.

So I did this. I selected the building footprints within a block, ran the Minimum Bounding Geometry GP Tool with the parameters seen in the screen grab below and it created a rather nice rectangular polygon. Granted, only limited data.

The output has to be a model parameter to be added to the display. In the model, right click on the output feature class and select model parameter. Save the model and rerun in the GP pane.

Hmmm...in the internals, I found a related case where the issue was resolved by going to the feature layers edit settings and turning off the "keep track of created and updated features" option in the service edit settings. Might be worth a test.

So one thing to try is in your Map View, right click on the Map and select Set Reference Scale (i.e. 500,000). In your Layout View, select the Legend and right click -> properties. In the Legend pane, bottom part of the pane, check the box for Synchronize with map -> Refererence Scale. Does this resolve the size difference between the symbols?

Currently there is no way to do this other than creating multiple copies of the Map View for different layouts. There is an enhancement request - ENH000151832 - "Add ability to freeze a map frame and map-based cartographic elements when there are several map frames accessing data from one map." to have this type of workflow.

This is BUG-000168426 - "In ArcGIS Pro 3.3, when a feature in a (temporary) layer made up of selected features (created by first making a selection of features on a feature layer using Select By Attributes, right-clicking the layer and then clicking Selection and Make Layer From Selected Features) is selected by the Explore tool (by left-click), the corresponding pop-out shows attributes for all the features within the layer and not just for the selected feature." It's currently under review by tech support.

I think what you'll need to do is first project all your data to a geographic coordinate system like WGS84. Then add the newly reprojected data to a new map view in ArcGIS Pro. The map view should be recognizing that WGS84 is the GCS. Now when you go to digitize a line, it's using a geodesic vs. planar mode. This can be seen in my Distance/Direction tool with Horizontal, Distance and a new item Pitch.
