A couple things to test/consider: 1. You mentioned that the FC is a result of a join. Did you export the joined FC to a brand new FC and then try to export that new FC to a shapefile/GDB FC? 2. Are there any of the new 64-bit field types in your current FC? See the following article how to downgrade 64-bit field types to 32-bit field types.

In the colleagues ArcGIS Pro, what licensing level do they have? Geodatabase topologies require a Standard or Advanced license to create. If they have a Basic license, then it will fail.

Okay - thanks. Next question - is the layer in a group layer by chance? If so, then you need to enable popups for the group layer.

In your first image where the model exists, can you right click on the input and/or intermediate datasets and click the left click the model parameter item which has a green checkmark to the left of the word parameter. Do this for all the datasets to not have parameters. Save your model. Do you then see those same model parameters in the model properties?

As I work in Training Services, I do not have access to the why's/how's of imagery provided from the Living Atlas Team. I would recommend initiating contact with that team via this URL - Imagery and Remote Sensing Software Integrated with GIS (esri.com) - at the very bottom of the webpage is a "Need help finding the right solution?" item you can fill out with your contact details. A person from that team will contact you so you may discuss the requirements and recommend options for you.

Okay, I was thinking if it was enterprise geodatabase using a traditional versioning workflow, then I can see the concept of "state doubling" occurring with millions of records being appended to a feature class.

ArcGIS Pro add-ins are stored in the following default location on the C: drive: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\ArcGIS\AddIns\ArcGISPro Replace <username> with your actual user name. This is where the add-in files are copied when you install them using the Esri ArcGIS Add-In Installation Utility.

I see your case with Esri Support Services so will not interfere with that process. You mentioned that you started seeing this error message more after a patch update. One thing to test is to uninstall the patch. Search for and open the Control Panel first. In the Uninstall or change a program UI, top left, click the View installed updates link. Under the ArcGIS Pro (1) item, click the ArcGIS Pro 3.3 Patch 1, (3.3.1) and then Uninstall. Retest your workflows again. Does it error out again?

This is very odd behavior and something I have not seen in my ArcGIS Pro. I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.x currently. I would recommend you do an ArcGIS Pro soft reset to see if this corrects the issue.
