Yes, the first week of June 2025, there will be ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1 released. You can read more about it here in this Tech Support article - In ArcGIS Pro 3.5, Calculate Field does not honor selection or layer filters when using SQL as the expression type on file geodatabase data Likely ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 will be released during the summer months as well. Hope this helps!

I looked at the internals for support cases that had similar issues and the item "activate a report subsection" is strange and something not seen. I would highly recommend you contact Esri Support Services to log a case and see if the Support Analyst can better troubleshoot this item.

Typically the update service is temporarily unavailable, it means there's a new update being pushed to ArcGIS Pro. As I'm not on the ArcGIS Pro Development Team, I can only guess it could be a hotfix or an update to ArcGIS 3.5?

So the short answer is no. There is a related enhancement idea ENH-000163176 - Ability to enable/disable 3D stealth mouse in ArcGIS Pro 3.x" where in this instance the user has two mice - one for a Stereo Plotter and one for ArcGIS Pro. In the Stereo Plotter software, the user can enable/disable mice to respond (or not respond) to mousing operations. In the ArcGIS Pro Options->Editing tab, under Productivity, there is a checkbox for "Touch screen input for new features" but it does not turn off the mouse as an input option.

It's a little clunky but yes. In the Layout View, right-click the Map Frame and choose properties. In the Map Frame Pane under Display Options->Location Settings, click Extent... In the Map Frame Extent, in the Get Extent From: box, click "Current Visible Extent." On the right side of the Map Frame Extent pane, you'll see Selected extent. You can click the dropdown for the appropriate Display Units - Spatial Reference (units), Map Display (Decimal Degrees) or Degrees. Click the Copy all Extent Values button to copy to the clipboard and paste into Notepad. Back in the Map View, you can create a new polygon feature class for the rectangle. Create a new polygon feature using the top, left, bottom, right coordinates with a right-click Absolute X, Y, Z for each vertex of the sketch. You'll do this 4 times to create each vertex. Double-click to end the sketch and now you have a rectangle in the map frame of the layout extent. I tested this and it works.

So I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.5.0, loaded a single band raster into a Map View and created the Histogram Chart. When I check the Median statistic checkbox, I do get a value. I scanned the internals and do not see a bug for this item you described, but I suppose it could be an unreported bug. Just guessing here, but when you upgrade it's likely you'll see the median values when the checkbox is clicked.

In ArcGIS Pro, you cannot directly query a related table in a Definition Query. Definition Queries are applied at the layer level and work with the attributes of the layer itself, not its related tables. With that said, I believe you can use the Make Query Table (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation geoprocessing tool to create the query layer and have it stored within your ArcGIS Pro project file. Although this is an ArcMap resource page, here are some examples of making a query table - Examples of queries with the Make Query Table tool—ArcMap | Documentation

One question I have is are you using an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment at your organization? If not, according to the help documentation - "These tools are available when you have an active ArcGIS Enterprise portal that has a hosting server configured for the Feature Analysis - Standard Tools setting. To access and run the tools, you must have spatial analysis privileges. The tools will not work if your active portal is ArcGIS Online." It may explain the error message. I'd recommend using the Optimized Hot Spot Analysis (Spatial Statistics)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation tool to see if it runs successfully and generates the output that you're looking for.

So in your screen grab, you have the "editable" box checked. In the help documentation, it says: Checked—User-defined attribute edits are permitted on a field. User input for this field can be overwritten by evaluation of an attribute rule based on the rule definition. Unchecked—User-defined attribute edits are not permitted, and the attribute field the rule is created on is defined as a system-maintained field. The calculation rule will be applied during the triggering event defined in the rule. What I'm wondering if you uncheck the box, then user-defined edits, such as the user typing in an attribute value, is not allowed and won't be triggered. If I'm understanding the documentation correctly. What occurs if you uncheck the box?
