Michael - data stored in Microsoft Access Personal Geodatabases are not supported in ArcGIS Pro and would need to be copied into a file geodatabase in order to work with the data. The reason for this lack of support is Access is a 32-bit application while Pro is a 64-bit program.

Also some additional troubleshooting items to try: Here some troubling shooting steps that you could follow. 1. Uninstall Conda and Anaconda and delete all the file associated with it. 2. Uninstall arcgis Pro. 3. Go to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS > Rename the folder Pro to Pro_Old 4. Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming > Rename the folder ESRI to ESRI_Old 5. Reinstall arcgis Pro 6. Go to Control Panel\System and Security\System > Advance system settings > Environment variables 7. In system Variables search for Path > Double click on Path. 8. Add the following path in the variable at the end separated by a semicolon: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin;C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\ArcPy;C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\ArcToolBox\Scripts 9. Restart The Machine 10. Start arcgis Pro > Try using a Toolbox.

No but you could to test the theory that there's a Python conflict somewhere. If Pro was working properly before you installed the API and not after, then I suspect the API install is the culprit. Give it a shot - uninstall/reinstall Pro and see if the error persists. I'm not sure how to uninstall the API - could you do it through the Control Panel?

Use the Control Panel for Windows to uninstall the program. It "should" remove the entire application.

Could be related if the GP tools were working prior to the installation of the ArcGIS Python API. I'd recommend uninstalling the API cleanly, restart Pro and determine if the error persists.

HI Chris - I looked at the 10.5 Help for Network Analyst and although in a different format, clearly states that the Network Analyst extension is required. If you have suggestions on how to improve the Help System, there is a Feedback page you can communicate to Esri on proposed improvements. Cheers!

If you're licensed for Network Analyst with ArcGIS Desktop (i.e. ArcMap, et. al.), then the same license is used for ArcGIS Pro. There are Network Analysis "Portal" tools available in ArcGIS Pro, but these use organizational credits.

Charlotte - the Input Table location has spaces in the file path. I would remove the spaces or locate the *.csv to another location that does not have spaces in the file structure. Then try to rerun the GP tool.

Joshua and Rebecca are correct - experience with an RDBMS, non-Esri application business needs and cost are all factors in deciding what RDBMS to acquire for a multiuser geodatabase. PostgreSQL is a free RDBMS that many users like. SQL Server is the dominate RDBMS used in GIS for many reasons. Oracle is very capable as well and is used quite a bit in the GIS community. At the end of the day, you have to think about $$$, non-Esri applications, and DBA salary/bene's/etc as well. Regardless of the Esri supported RDBMS you acquire, your multiuser geodatabase experience will be the same.

Rick - annotation is not supported at ArcGIS Pro 1.4 but is on the roadmap for the ArcGIS Pro 1.5 release in 2017. The current workaround is to create the annotation in ArcMap, edit as needed, and add as a layer in ArcGIS Pro. Not ideal but will work. Let me know if you have additional questions.
