I'm testing access to an app on an internal web server and am noticing that Firefox is not asking to store AGOL credentials after I've supplied them via the Identity Manager. However, Chrome stores the username and password without a problem. I've tested this with both 1.3 and 2.0 developer editions. Is there a basic config that I'm overlooking that would account for this disparity? In Firefox I have my web app's URL listed as a trusted sites/always allow cookies, etc.

But I'm not seeing my time editing reflected in 2.0 DE.

For v1.3 Robert provided some additional code that enables editing of time in a date time field (I can't find the discussion at the moment) Has anyone gotten this to work in 2.0? I've attempted to re-enable this functionality but it doesn't appear that 2.0 DE is recognizing my changes. There could also have been other changes from 1.3 to 2.0 that are neutering this but I want to get some feedback from others.

Dan, This is technologically possible but I believe that ESRI forbids in their ELAs the type of shared, generic login that you're referencing. We've considered this situation and have become very judicious as to our named user accounts, including disabling and/or deleting users who haven't logged in within a certain extended time frame (e.g. last 12 months) to clear up room.

Brian, So that I understand you, you're able to print two secured services in AGOL with the ESRI topographic basemap? Are you using a Utilities/Print Task located on your internal server or ESRI's default print task that's located in AGOL?

Nick, One method to doing this may be to use the free version of the GeoJobe Admin Tool suite to copy the item in question (e.g. hosted WAB app) and then re-point the map source and verify its widget configs. The caveats are that you'd need to be in an AGOL Organization and need Administrator privileges (or have an Admin perform the copy for you).

Has anyone been successful in removing the time value from a dateTime field in the Attribute Table widget? I looked through the _FeatureTable.js on 1.3 DE but didn't see any obvious location to modify/insert additional code, e.g. by setting the Feature Table's dateOptions property timeEnabled to false. Currently we're serving up a simple editing application (via AGOL web map) with the users exporting selected records via CSV. When users export records they'd like to have only the date value visible in the table. Thanks for the help everyone.

Allen, I came across this help doc: Example: Update the URL of a service in a web map—Portal for ArcGIS (10.3 and 10.3.1) | ArcGIS for Server You may be able to use it as a starting point and substitute and/or add iterative function(s) to complete the batch process that you're envisioning. Seth

Robert, I'm able to add a secured service but when eSearch launches for the first time in a browser session, I'm challenged for the role credentials that were originally used to secure the service. Am I correct in my thinking that passing a token via proxy (somewhat similar in logic to this discussion Internal ONLY Web Map Sharing Issues ) would fix the issue?

Charles, Thanks for the tip on modifying the raw templates serving the Utilities Print Service. I'll take a look and see if I can replicate the extent issue that you're experiencing and let you know the results. Seth

Robert, If the following has been asked, please let me know but I didn't locate any search results on the matter. Is Enhanced Search compatible with secured map/feature services? And if so, would you point me to the relevant section of the .js that handles the Server authentication? Thanks
