Is it in the road map to just make the attachments visible in the attribute list in the Field Map watch features module? It would be nice to include these in emails all within the same scenario.

I'm configuring a Field Maps form for cataloging security incidents at schools. I'm using GetUser($layer).username for the Creator field. I'm triggering an email webhook in Make when an incident is created and I'm noticing weird behavior. The Creator is logged in the AGOL feature service table as "Levi Cecil" but when I reference that variable in the Gmail module in Make, it prints out as "[Collection]Levi Cecil" I'm not sure where this is coming from, because when I run GetUser($layer).username in the Field Maps designer Arcade editor it just prints "Levi Cecil."

Well, I just got it to work sort of. I set the field to "required" and "visible" in the Field Maps and my name showed up in the field in the Field Maps form. I'm working on webhooks email notifications in Make at the moment, and the output is weird. It has [Collection] before my name. WTF?? Logged by user: [Collection]Levi Cecil

I'm trying to calculate full user names in a Field Maps form for an AGOL map. The GetUser($layer).username function works in the Arcade editor in Field Maps designer (prints "Levi Cecil" as opposed to my username "lcecil5") but this data doesn't write to the attribute table. It's just null. I've seen a lot of posts about how this function doesn't work offline, but I'm strictly online.

Good to know, thanks. I rely on Python scripts running in task scheduler, so I'll keep that machine at 2.9 until this is sorted out.

Thanks for this, but I need to change the IsBusStop field based on whether or not "LOADING ZONE" is found in the description field. I just figured it out. var description = $feature.PointDescription
var busstop = $feature.IsBusStop
var loadingzone = Find('LOADING ZONE',description)
var lz = Find('LZ',description)
When(loadingzone > 0 || lz > 0, Replace(busstop, 'Y', 'N'),busstop)

I have a bus stops point dataset. There is a field called "IsBusStop" and every single point is set to Y. The problem is, some of the points are actually loading zones, not bus stops. There is a point description field which includes "LOADING ZONE" for those points. I need to find that text, and then change IsBusStop to N. I'm trying to use the Find() function, but it's not working. I need something along the lines of "LIKE" in SQL. Here is my expression so far: var description = $feature.PointDescription
var busstop = $feature.IsBusStop
var lz = Find('LOADING ZONE',description)
When(lz == 1, Replace(busstop, 'Y', 'N'),busstop )

I saw this. But is there a way to only show bus stops that correspond with a Site ID number? Whether that’s a site point or attendance boundary. I can easily show all the stops within a boundary, but some of those are going to other sites outside that boundary. Is this something I could accomplish with the Near Me tool in WAB?

Is there a way to configure Zone Lookup to display a 1:M relationship? I'm trying to display bus stops inside a school boundary and filter only those stops that go to that school.

I have the same question. I want users to find all the bus stops for a school within that school's attendance boundary (the Polygon layer). Will this ever be possible with the District Lookup Widget? Near me works, but there doesn't seem to be a way to filter this way.

I'm proficient with Python, but I'm with Teresa. I'd like to have this functionality with the touch of a button. I have to export Map Series for different audiences with different filenames, and it would save me a lot of time if I could just have different export options. Also, the group by name export option is still broken at Pro 2.9. Don't know if it's been fixed at 3, but I won't upgrade until at least 3.1.

So I'm back to updating my geolocators regularly. None of the solutions in the thread have worked for me to automate changing the item sharing settings to public. Has this been addressed with the new geocoder tools in Pro 3?

On error turned out to be that the script wouldn't recognize a path with spaces in the name. This wasn't an issue before. Today we got this error running a geocoding script: ERROR 000010: Geocode addresses failed. The Fields collection did not contain an expected geometry field. Failed to execute (GeocodeAddresses). I had the user delete Pro 3 and reinstall 2.9 and it's working again.
