Hi Cameron, I would encourage you to take a look at this topic that deals with tolerance and resolution settings in the LRS. http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/extensions/roads-and-highways/tolerance-and-resolution-settings-for-the-lrs.htm The error message you're getting points to the XY tolerance/resolution values not matching the expected M tolerance/resolution values. Take a look at the XY tolerance/resolution, including the units, of the feature class you are trying to register as a network and verify the M tolerance/resolution is the correct conversion. For example, if the XY tolerance was 0.1 feet and the resolution was 0.01 feet and you wanted to create a network in miles, your M tolerance would need to be 0.00001893939 (0.1 feet/5280) and the M resolution would be 0.000001893939. Hi Sonia, I would log a case with Esri technical support for that one. It sounds like there might be a problem with getting the tool imported/accessed before it can even run. Nathan @ Esri

Hi Sonia, You can follow the same format as the RelocateEvents example 2 stand alone python script at the bottom of this help topic http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/location-referencing-roads-toolbox/relocate-events.htm for checking out the Roads and Highways license for the tool. Hi Ana, Can you open a case with Esri Technical Support for this issue? For an error like the one you encountered, we'd like to get it fixed within the software. Thanks, Nathan

Hi Nicole, Has anything in your system changed in the past week? Could the schema of one or more feature classes being used in Roads and Highways (and Event Editor specifically) get updated? We've seen this type of error message in the past in our testing when a field is added/modified in a feature class in the gdb, but the service with that layer doesn't get republished to pick up the added/modified field. If you haven't made any of these kind of changes, I would encourage you to log a support case and work with an analyst to determine what the issue is. Thanks, Nathan

Hi Jeanetta, Our team hasn't heard of this specific issue before. The best way to get you support to fix the issue would be to log an issue with Esri Technical Support. One of their analysts can work to troubleshoot the issue and if needed forward it onto the Pipeline Referencing product team to fix the issue if needed.

Hi Andrew and Ryan, Additional information about all 3 issues mentioned in the previous post are below. BUG-000101392 (TFS51810) - This issue was logged for 10.4.1 about extending a route to create a concurrency, then removing the concurrency on the same date and seeing the events not behave correctly. Our team tested this issue in 10.3.1, 10.4, and 10.4.1 and were not able to reproduce the issue. TFS51854 - This issue was logged for 10.3.1 patch 1 and is about reassigning or reversing the middle portion of a route and seeing the incorrect gap calibration method applied to any gaps downstream. We've fixed this issue in the 10.5.1 patch. BUG-000117736 - This issue was logged for 10.5.1 and involves running the Update Calibration Points geoprocessing tool within an edit session so event behaviors can be run on any calibration changes. This issue is being investigated by our team. I will point out this is not a common workflow or anything documented in the Roads and Highways documentation. I would again encourage you, or any other user, who thinks there are issues with gap calibration to log a case with support so our team can address the issue. As of today, we only have the issue above along with a few issues related to cover behavior on gaps that have been submitted to our team through support cases, but there are no other gap calibration issues we're aware of.

Hi Maja, As long as the gap is larger than the XY tolerance value of your network feature class, it will be considered a gap by Roads and Highways.

It was logged in 10.6 and was fixed in 10.6.1 BUG-000101392 - Our team looked at this issue at the 10.4.1, 10.5, and 10.5.1 releases and were not able to reproduce the issue. I'll echo what Ryan mentioned about the edit log. It's not designed to be consumed by users as they do their work within Roads and Highways and should never be edited manually.

Hello Esri Roads and Highways users, Thank you all for your patience. Esri Roads and Highways for Server 10.6.1 Patch 1 is now available on the Esri Support site at: Esri Support Esri Roads and Highways Server 10.6 (10.6.1). You can read more about the Event Editor anonymous locks issue that we patched via this recent GeoNet post. We recommend that all users that are at the 10.6.1 release and are utilizing conflict prevention install this patch. This patch is only for Roads and Highways 10.6.1 Server and there is no need to update ArcMap, Event Editor, Roadway Reporter, or any other ArcGIS Enterprise components such as ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, or the Web Adaptors. If you wish to test this patch and then uninstall it, note that you can uninstall Roads and Highways for Server 10.6.1 to remove this patch, and then reinstall Roads and Highways for Server 10.6.1. There is no specific uninstaller for this patch. Installing this patch will require an ArcGIS Server restart, and will occur automatically when the file is installed, so please plan accordingly. Please also ask all Event Editor users to clear their browser cache and cookies after this update to ensure there are no initial login errors after the ArcGIS Server restart. Thank you again for your patience, and please leave any comments you have about the patch below. Enjoy the rest of the holiday season, The Esri Roads and Highways development team

Recently, a security update to ArcGIS Online occurred where TLS 1.2 is now required for ArcGIS Online services. For Roads and Highways users that use ArcGIS Online services with Event Editor or Roadway Reporter, TLS 1.2 is now required. The 10.7 version of Roads and Highways will support TLS 1.2, but users on earlier versions of Roads and Highways may need to update to TLS 1.2 depending on whether ArcGIS Online services are being used. For users that need to update to TLS 1.2, see the article below for more information about the update and how to ensure your machine supports TLS 1.2. How To: Configure Windows to use TLS 1.2 for applications that use the .NET4 Framework
