HI~~~ There is no answer to the question, so I post it again. There is no problem when "Mobile Map Package" was created with "Create Address Locator". But there's a problem when I created the "Mobile Map Package" with "Create Locator" or "Create Feature Locator." Both "Locator" and "Mobile Map Package" are created normally without an error message, but are not loaded (unreadable) by the "Explorer App". I get an error message saying it's a wrong map.
