@GISUser74305830 To better target whether it is an issue of the custom tool itself, or it is the widget issue.  Can you try the following: 1. Run the same tool in Web AppBuilder and see if it success?  2. If you are using Enterprise, you may also run the custom tool from map viewer and see if that works there.  3. Hi @AllieMathis , thanks for your feedback! Feature Info supports viewing multiple layers however there are some limitation in EXB map selection if you are not using Select tool/widget, where the single click on may only indicates selection of the top layer, so the FeatureInfo widget does not know other selections so it cannot display all of them.  We have noticed the issue and will solve it in future release.
