I have my geocoding service loaded to my AGOL account, but I'm unable to see it in the template. Is there something else I need to do?

how does the replace work in this scenario? I can get the the file path to show up now, using the 2 vars and the return result, but the link doesn't go to that directory.

Sorry, I'm not sure how to apply this using a hyperlink field, where all hyperlink paths are stored?

I changed the backward slash to a forward slash and I'm still getting the same result, where %5C replaces the slash.

Hi Annina, I'm trying to do this very thing, provide a link where the value is not null. It works, except when the link opens it adds %5C where my slashes \ are (tested in both IE and Chrome). If I add my link as an image, it works no problem, but then i can't filter out the null values. Am i missing something? Any insight would be appreciated! or maybe Kelly Gerrow knows? Thanks! Sue

Great article! I'm unable to find the sample that you speak of at the end however. I'm trying to use the hidden fields to return yes or no and i can't seem to get it to work. I rather get nothing or all no's. i was hoping to look at the sample to see if i could figure it out. Thanks!

Thanks James, I did receive the warning as I had added some repeats. Thank you for the link, I am confident that i can move forward with my customizations now without fear of losing them.

Is it possible to save a popup configuration for a hosted survey feature service? (or i guess any layer for that matter). I'm still ironing out some details on my survey with the users, but didn't want that to stop me from working out how the data would be best presented to them. So I had done some custom popup configurations, which I then lost, because I had to republish my survey. Is there anyway to avoid losing the custom configurations? TIA! Sue

Thanks for the response Johnathan, Unfortunately, in this instance I don't believe it would. My current idea for the workflow is to have the survey completed in the field and then have a supervisor edit the survey, adding comments from the web map side. So ideally the supervisor would be able to see the photo from the web map, not from the survey123 website. I think my work around in not being able to filter the related tables is by using the pop up. I'm customizing it so that only certain results show in the pop up and those said results will be the related tables that have photos. I do like the idea of having the photos in one place, album style, I can see that being useful. Thanks again for the reply! Sue

Hi Kelly, Is this still the case, that each hidden attribute will need to have an individual expression? I believe I'm attempting to do something similar to Annina, loop through a set of fields and only show those that contain a value. Great article, very helpful! Thanks! Sue

Hello, I've created a survey for Park Inspections that uses Repeats to enable the inspector to take multiple photos of violations if necessary. So I have multiple questions, all with their own repeat for photos. So i have a lot of related tables, 24 to be exact. My issue is when I try to view the data on a map, i don't want to have to open every related table to see which one has a photo in it. Is there a way for me to query the related tables to only show the ones that have photos? I'd be interested in hearing other approaches as well if my process is too cumbersome. TIA! Sue

Hi John, I'm working with version 2.7.72 now and i'm unable to get my calculation on a select_one to work. I want my select_one to pick "Not Started" if any of my other questions = "yes". i had this working as a hidden text field no problem, but we'd like to update this status field after the initial survey is collected. I haven't been able to find an example of how to accomplish this, i hope you can help. Thanks! Sue
