Thanks @Joshua-Young that reflects very much the process I use; to ensure all the components are back up so the validation checks return good for the federation.

Is anyone aware of or has links to a document, blog, or guidance about stopping all ESRI services on a server prior to applying standard Microsoft OS patches? I am hearing from Support about informal internal information that seems to reflect this but can't find anything official.

Thanks, most of the points or scenarios were not indicative of my simple install so it didn't job out to me.

Esri Case #04201344 brand new case; and again from what this thread is implying this is a bit of a known problem. If this was clear in either a Support Blog, or on the support site I wouldn't have started my upgrade yesterday and now being in a down/incomplete state.

"The current advice from Esri Support is to not upgrade from 11.5 to anything until some patches are release" ???? This needs to go out as a urgent support bulletin then; I see nothing in support.esri.com even implying this...

I have a couple that are failing to sync, but I am thinking I need to update certs on both ends also; so will take that step first.

If you build a collaboration between 2 systems, both are 11.3, then you update both to 11.5. Should you break the collaboration and reconnect them so they reflect the the updated versions? I have a couple different systems between Secured and Public facing with different controlled collaborations and even though they were built out at 11.1, then upgrade to 11.3, and now 11.5; they show 11.3 as the build.

Did the Item Details Assistant from the beta make it into the full release?

No, this still allows you to go to the "Content" page and then see the "My Organization" and see all content that is shared even to groups you are not a member of.

Previously there was a way to comment-out a line is a JS file that would allow you to hide the "Organization" link and views. We share and manage access via groups; but when a user is able to access the "Organization" link and view they are able to see things we don't want them too. How can we restore this kind of limitation?

I would use this as a roadmap for your project; https://github.blog/ai-and-ml/github-copilot/5-tips-for-writing-better-custom-instructions-for-copilot/ There is nothing specific to make it work better with ESRI and the Pro or Server SDK I have seen; but using the right references and base instructions such as "This project will be a ArcGIS Pro extension written in C# that will be used to process X-data with interfaces to SDE databases" or the like to let Copilot build the right contexts for it's Github content mappings.

This is a key question that I raise every year at the UC, support for SDLC type flows is critical in a mature enterprise GIS.

Add to that the ability to have more than 1 version installed; in this case the 3.5.x Long-Term release and the 3.6 Short-Term release. ESRI releases versions of Pro that match-up with the version of Enterprise and it would be ideal to be able to have both installed on the same machine to test/compare both versions.
