Are you using a AGOL hosted service or a ArcGIS Server service? If it is a hosted service and the service is shared to a group or its private the username will show up in the editor tracking fields. If you are using an ArcGIS Server service you will need to token secure it and set up a user & role for that will be applied against the service. When you open up the map you will have to authenticate against that layer and the user you do that with will show up in the Editor Tracking fields. Cheers Russ

The Online team is currently looking into this issue which is causing the delay in content showing up. It will appear but the time it takes can vary. Russ

Can you share that hosted service and I can take a look at it. Did you enable sync on the service? Russ

The placement of the point could be off if the GPS is being enabled at a cold start. In our upcoming update there is a setting that will allow you to set the accuracy level required to collect at the device location. So if your GPS has poor accuracy the app will not drop a point until the GPS accuracy improves to the set accuracy value. What kind of projects are you using the Collector app on? Russ

I haven't seen anyone reporting this. What projection is your data in? Can you send screenshots showing the workflow that can reproduce this issue? Thanks Russ

I am able to view the attachments from the service in ArcMap and also pull down a local copy and view attachments on my 10.2 machine. My workflow Open the item URL to the hosted feature service > then choose to open in desktop > identify one of the features. This is where I see the hosted service attachments Then I right click on the layer > create local copy > add the layer from the newly created gdb from the ArcCatalog panel in into Contents panel and I can identify the same point and see the same attachments. I also see the attachments table in under this gdb. Let me know if you have any further questions. I would also recommend posting a question in Online forums and/or in the Desktop forums where other people might have similar questions. Russ

I don't think so but I have not tested this out. Are you trying to create the local copy in 10.1?

Did you enable sync on that hosted service? There is an issue with 10.2 Desktop if you had enabled sync on your service and try to create a local copy of the service the attachments will not get pulled down. This will be addressed in the 10.2.1 update. Russ

In 10.2 you can create a local copy for editing in ArcMap and this will pull down the attachments. Once you do this you should see a fgdb under the folder FeatureServiceLocalEdits. You do not need to enable sync on the hosted service to be able to pull it down for local copy. Cheers Russ

We have some issues with iOS 7 and we are working on updating both apps to add support for this version of the iOS. If you could find out what version of iOS the device is running that will help us out. Thanks Russ

The current released versions of the ArcGIS for iOS app and the iOS Collector app do not fully support Portal 10.2. The upcoming update to the Collector app will include Portal 10.2 support. As a work around if you take your portal service item that is not displaying in the map and if you share it with your entire portal the layer will load in the map. The ArcGIS for iOS app will also have 10.2 portal support in its next update as well. Cheers Russ
