That is an ArcGIS Server service and not a hosted feature service. So the AGOL information will not be present on the feature service item page if you added the service to AGOL. The next thing I saw on the service is the editor tracking field CreatedBy. I took a look at the error coming back: {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Unable to complete operation.","details":["Invalid column value [CreatedBy]"]}} I am thinking this is happening because with editor tracking and the ArcGIS Server service is not secured which does not use the logged in name and it is trying to populate this field with esri_anonymous which is longer then the field you have set up allows. Maybe try to change the character length of the field and see if that works when you republish the service. Cheers Russ ... View more

In desktop you will see the sync option on the feature service capabilites (Add Update Delete Sync) or on AGOL when you go to the item page for that service and click edit you will see the sync option at the bottom of the page where you can enable editor tracking.Can you share the service with me an I can check it out. I would add the hosted service into desktop 10.2 and create a local copy for editing. You can do this by right clicking on the service layer and click on edit and you will see the option to create a local copy. This workflow should get your feature and attachments down. Russ ... View more

The attachments will show up in a table in the geodatabase not under an attribute in the feature class. You can see the attachments in that table or when you identify the feature you will see the attachments in that "popup". Russ ... View more

Are you using your own app you have developed or are you using ArcGIS for iOS on your iPad? There is a known issue with iOS 7 that causes the camera from a popover to be rotated 90 degrees. it looks like its a memory issue with the camera app and not the collector on some samsung devices and that we�??re investigating if theres anything we can do in collector to work around it. We did notice that the Camera MX app was still working within the Collector app when the stock camera app was causing issues when we used it attached photos. Cheers Russ ... View more
