This current isn't possible. The "adjust size automatically" will have the sizeinfo outside of each class in the types style and is stored in the visual variables vs. when its disabled contains an independent size for each symbol. A quick way to tell if it has an associate feature layer is by looking at the item details page:   Second is checking if the url for the scene layer services.arcgis.com - means the scene layer was published from a feature layer tiles.arcgis.com - means it was published from a scene layer package.   Have you checked out the scene layer guide here: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/working-with-scene-layers/   For the setting associate feature layer I would recommend posting that one in the JS SDK forum.   ...
