Is this a DateOnly or classic Date field? If it is a Date Field survey might be capturing a time like midnight and then the database stores it in UTC which could be placing it on the 1st instead of the 2nd.  ... View more

2 things I see in the symbol are  - Symbol has duplicate elements so its kind of like double the symbol inside the one symbol layer - Point size is pretty large, when I added the Earthquake75 to do a fresh symbol my point size was around 100 but yours is looking like 1200    My sample when I published from Pro But I also took a look at your SVG and inside of it is just a PNG. Is there a reason you are wrapping the PNG as an SVG? ... View more

You will need to use a hosted feature layer. The sketch layer is stored within the map so it would require the map to be saved after each time an sketched feature is created. Depending on when a student opens the map and clicks save this could overwrite changes because the maps could be in different states when the last save is in. With a feature layer you do not require to save the map to persist the change. ... View more

Went back to double check ent versions. This looks like  it was pulled into 11.2 version of MV where you can use Pro maps authored with the grouped values or use MV do to this.    ... View more
