I see that your service has editor tracking enabled. This could be causing the issue. The current release of the app does not support editor tracking. Try disabling that property and download a new version of the map and let me know if you are having any issues. Thanks Russ ... View more

Required accuracy�??The accuracy that must be obtained by the GPS to add a point. So the accuracy set will be threshold value and you can have value below that threshold. Hey Joseph, Here is the layer that you would be adding to your map: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=df00c1e220dc4d989183dd1f88fc8b22 The layer has these capabilities: Query,Create,Update,Delete,Uploads,Editing This layer is coming from an ArcGIS Server and does not support sync so you will not be able to take this service offline. You will need to create a copy of the service in AGOL to have it offline capable. To create a copy of the service you can follow the Publish an Empty Feature Layer steps in the ArcGIS Online help doc here.  Then you can enable sync by following these steps outline in our doc Once you have your feature service ready you can create a web map with it and once it is saved you will see it in the Collector app when you refresh the map gallery. The trial maps like the Damage Assessment do not support offline. You can create your own copy of the service and enable sync on that service and create a web map which by default will then get the offline enable and you can log into that app with your account and you can see the map with a download button. If you are searching through your organization make sure the search has not been restricted to just search your organization content. You could also search owner: esri_collector to see other sample maps under this account which mirror the try it now content in the app. Russ ... View more

The Collector app will only show maps that are owned by the user or shared to a group that the user is a member of. The app does not pull in all the maps within the organization. Russ ... View more

This is probably due to you having editor tracking and ownership capabilities enabled on your hosted service. If you disable these capabilities on the service the attributes should be editable. Cheers Russ ... View more

If you cannot enter attributes with the iOS version of Collector with the disconnected version of a map it is probably due to editor tracking and ownership controls. The app currently does not support editor tracking and the ownership controls if you disable those properties on the service through the item details and re-download the map it should work as expected.
