There looks like an issue with server and the information we are looking for in data model that is laid out in server. If you upgrade to 10.0 service pack 2 and republish the service it should display the information needed regarding the data model and show that the fields have inherited values and are displayed correctly as pick lists in the app. Let me know if you need anymore info. Make sure you share the map to a group and those other accounts are members of the groups. The collector only displays content that is shared into groups or that is owned by the account signed in. Russ

Yes, it looks like the app is not correctly handling the domains coming off of a string field. If you put the domains off of a integer field they will be displayed correctly. Russ

The feature service may not be showing up offline because the feature service may have fields that are SQL reserved and that could be causing the issue. If I can take a look at the map and service I will be able to tell. Thanks Russ

There is currently no legend in the Collector app today. If the layer is collectable it is displayed in the "collect a feature" section of the app. What kind of data would you be displaying in the app that would require a legend. Thanks Russ
