Are these logs at debug level? To enable the debug logs you need to go to serverurl/arcgis/admin then login as admin and go to the log option and edit settings and change the log level to debug and click save. The error message you are seeing is coming from the service when we are trying to generate the replica. Installing the app won't solve this issue. You can see the information right after the fields on the REST endpoint not the REST with the JSON formatting. http://services2.arcgis.com/DsE4m2IKL5jJE7JP/arcgis/rest/services/StreetLightsDomainProb/FeatureServer/0 Right after the fields section towards the bottom of the page you will see Types or Templates depending on how your service was configured. When you see Types like in your original service you will see a section called Domains:. If you still have the map and service causing issues with the editing can you share them to a group and invite Collector4ArcGIS into that group? Make sure you are not using Editor Tracking and Ownership controls on a hosted service. This is not supported in the apps and could cause some issues. How is it not downloading? looking at the serivce in the group you shared with me under the Types section of the service there are no domains listed. If a field has a domain it would be listed under there and the app would be able to display it correctly. You can disable location services on the device or you can turn the GPS off by tapping the GPS button on the toolbar. Editor tracking is still restricted to ArcGIS Server services in this release but the issue with ownership controls on a service and blocking the editable fields during data collection has been fixed.
