When you look at the feature service URL if it says services.arcgis.com it is hosted. If it is a different URL it will be probably coming from a server. Russ ... View more

If they are not displaying on Android make sure you are signed in with an account that has access to the maps, if you are already signed in with the account but they are not showing you can refresh your map list to grab any new maps. Make sure you are also viewing All Maps or the group where the map is shared. Russ ... View more

You could set the top basemap layer as an 10.2.2 ArcGIS Server tiled map service with export enabled and have it as an operational layer and then use the topo layer as a basemap layer and you can have both right now and download it as one map. Russ ... View more

If you have your own geocoding service and you make it the top geocoding service in the locator list in your organization and enable find place on it when you add it and then sign into the organization with the app you will be able to use that custom geocoding service in the application. The issue is the field USER on your service. This is a SQL reserved word. The field is getting changed to USER_ but not in all places. If you change this field name and then try to download the map again it will probably show up in the Android app correctly. Russ ... View more

I would recomend you posting this issue in the Desktop forum to see if they have a resolution for downloading the attachments from a hosted service. There looks like there is an issue with the Pupae field. It says that it is a coded value field but it does not have any values. Thats why the drop down menu does not work as you would expect it to in Android when you are collecting a feature and could be the reason the iOS app is crashing.
