Just signed in, viewed the group and both maps show up for me with the maps. Make sure the account your using to view on the Android app have access to the maps either through a group that they have accepted the invite too or they own the maps with the account they are signing in with. You need to setup a basemap group through the org settings as an admin and then sign back into the app to pick up the changes made to your organizations setup. Russ ... View more

The URL should be saved so when you log out of the application the URL will remain. There is no way to force the app the launch and have it grab a URL from another location. Russ ... View more

Hosted tiled services do not support export and cannot be taken offline. You will need to sideload the tpk onto the device and have your web map just use a default esri basemap or a 10.2.2 tiled map service with export enabled. This will make the web map downloadable and then when you go to take the map offline you can pick to use your sideloaded tpk. Russ ... View more
