I would recommend you would want to sync back with the account that downloaded the data originally. It could also be sync'ed by the server admin account. For debuging the issue enable debug server logs and try to sync the data back and you should capture the error that comes through. ... View more

Hey Amanda, I am able to reproduce the issue you are seeing with your services in the web map as well and it looks like an issue with the JSON that is being written out when the map is saved. I am still looking into the what is causing the exact issue with the lag but it does appear that certain images are causing the lag when the app is generating that picker list of features you can collect.
