if you are uploading data to your own ArcGIS Server there is no credit cost. If you publish your data to a hosted service then the space of the data(this includes attachments) will go towards your credit cost. Russ

Hey Josh, for #3 in your list could you contact support about the issue and feed them this information on the sync issues you are seeing and if possible give a sample dataset that is failing. #4 We are working on a tool that will allow you to move your data off of the device into a fgdb #5 We are also working on getting editor tracking into a release in the fall. Thanks for this info. Russ

For portal maps you need to tag the map as offline-ready when you save it. If you are using Esri basemaps for offline use in your portal you need to configure them for offline use. This link Take maps offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS has a section on taking maps offline with Portal and should help you out. Cheers Russ

If you are using editor tracking this will tag the features with the timestamp when the feature is submitted or modified to the server and gets logged automatically.

We worked around this in the Collector app on iOS by taking the camera to a fullscreen mode.

I have logged both of those issues you are seeing for iOS and Android. It looks like its only coming from map notes layer items that have then been published into a service.

You should see parity across the apps for downloading content. Can you share the map with Collector4ArcGIS in a group and I can look into the issue. Thanks Russ

Yes right now the app (iOS and Android) still only support full editing capabilities in the feature services when being taken offline.

It looks like an issue with the point layers and trying to generate an offline renderer from them. If you change the renderer through Change Symbols and then click Save Layer on that point layer you will be able to download the map with both iOS and Android.

For your Create Replica error can you try to generate a replica through the REST endpoint of the service to see it is able to create a replica there. You can also enable the debug logs on your server and see if there are any info being reported back through the server logs. For the Esri basemaps you will need to have them setup as a proxied service item in your portal. You can read about setting that up here:Take maps offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Cheers Russ

Right now you need to have an editable feature service in the map for it to show up in Collector. You can use Explorer for ArcGIS to view maps with a non-editable layer.
