Currently this is not supported but it is an enhancement we would like to make to the app in a future update. You can post this on ideas.arcgis.com and it can be used for future product plans. Thanks! Russ

1. Hopefully this week. We are just wrapping up certification and app store approval. 2. Its an issue in the app with the creator field and it is trying to copy over the creator field value into the new feature which is incorrect. So to avoid it you would have to remove the Editor tracking fields.

It looks like we are having an issue with one of the ET field on the layer when it is getting copied. Our 10.3 update which should be coming out very soon will have this fixed.

Yes when 10.3 Collector is released it will still work with your 10.2.2 server. If you are seeing a crash on the map can you please provide some more detail? Thanks Russ

This is something we would like to add as an enhancement to the app but will not be in the upcoming update. For now it will work if you have downloaded your data locally to the device before going out and collecting data into areas where you can lose connection.

Your map does not have an editable layer in it. The Collector will pick up maps that have an editable feature service in it. Russ

Are you seeing this on iOS or Android? What device and OS version are you using? and if possible can you share your map and service to a group and invite Collector4ArcGIS into that group and I can look into the issue further. Thanks Russ

I don't know of a solution that works without iTunes being allowed. You will need it to be able to have the device sync through iTunes on your computer and then you can use another app like iFunBox.

-Are you using a fully qualified URL for the feature service like http://myservice.esri.com/arcgis/rest/services/name/FeatureServer -Is the service accessible on the network that the device is on? You can check this by trying to go to the above URL for the service on the devices browser. Russ

-Hopefully in the next week or two but could be sooner. -Plug the iPad into the computer, launch iTunes, once the device syncs go to the Apps section for the synced device then scroll down on that page and you will see File Sharing with Apps and Documents section. Click on the Collector app and click on the folder and you want to pick the folder with user name and replica ID on it and click Save To. Inside that folder there is another folder with the web map ID which you will see matches the the web map ID in the URL for the map in your org. This folder contains your gdb and you can point the GP tool to this database inside the saved folder.
