You can copy and paste features in ArcMap and Pro which will duplicate the feature for you but it will be placed on top of the existing copied feature after you paste it unlike collector you have the option to place the copied feature to a new location before submitting it. it Russ

The switching of renderer values and having that impact other fields is something the Collector team is currently working on and hopefully will make it into the next update.

That is for setting up enterprise login support to ArcGIS Online and not federating your internal ArcGIS Server with ArcGIS Online. This does not connect your enterprise login with internal servers because it does not connect the two together. In the case of Portal for ArcGIS you are able to setup the configuration that connects the Portal with the ArcGIS Server and provides a single sign on experience. Federated Servers is something that currently only supported in Portal for ArcGIS and not in ArcGIS Online organizations. If you were using Portal for ArcGIS(10.3 and up) you would have the enterprise login support and could use your AD credentials. In that Portal you would have your internal server federated with your portal so your field crew members and yourself would only get prompted the 1 time you login. You would still have to sign in through the VPN app as well. ArcGIS Online does not have the support for federating your server with your org so you will have to sign in once to the Org, then again to access your internal server services. If you are using hosted you would not be prompted for credentials. Hope this helps you out. Russ

If you are using Collector for ArcGIS there is an option under the app settings called Continuous Collect. This allows you to collect the same template multiple times at the same or new location. It can also copy over attributes from a feature you just collected to the next feature. Add a feature—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Russ

If you are trying to take a layer offline coming from your internal server with embedded credentials you need to have the URL for the service at the top level and not for the individual layer. Sample: Points/FeatureServer is what should be used - not Points/FeatureServer/0. If you have the second option being used in the item then the app cannot call create replica and it will fail to download. Hope this helps you out. Russ

You will need to use ArcGIS Desktop 10.3 and 10.3 Collector for ArcGIS with versioned data. If you are using 10.2.2 you can have versioned data taken offline but it will be read only. You can use Pro with versioned data: Work with versioned data—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Professionals Russ

1) ArcGIS Online will require it be a hosted service, Portal can use an ArcGIS Server service. To use the Portal location tracking from an ArcGIS Server service... there are some specific steps required to get it working documented on the map package used to create a location tracking layer. These areas of Portal that you will need to go in and change some item info through the sharing REST page which is not exposed in AGOL. 2)Yes Location tracking can be used in offline if it has sync enabled.

Yup with the issue where the download on Android thinks the data is coming from the same data source but is actually trying to enter a layer into a replica twice has been addressed and will be in the next update which we are aiming to release in May.
