Not that I can think of tricky part would be number of dashes we use per map scale and width and knowing how the end of a row of features exists and when its just the end of a small feature which in the case above would behave better as a segment of the line.

This is a map image layer and the server is exporting the image which is displayed in the map. Here is the raw export where you can see the similar drawing you mention above. Also the bikeways look to be multiple tiny features I would recommend if you can use the layer at the MapServer/0 URL which will use it as a feature layer and not rely on the export image for drawing and using the vector symbols under Dashed you will get a closer to expected result but still some of the dashes are longer than some of the individual features that are in the map.

Can you share the map/layer and I can take a look into this? You can toss it into a group and invite russell_jsapi into it.

Hey Tracey, In Map Viewer you can use classify under the Counts & Amounts (size) style. Its located between the Size range slider and Transparency by attribute sections of the panel. From there you can set the number of classes, labels for the set classes and pick/configure your symbols for the classes. LMK if you have any further questions or if you want me to check out your map.

Yup! Things like how features are rendered or labels being displayed is handled in the map view and that is all powered by the Maps SDK you referenced. So when its fixed there and apps like Map Viewer, Dashboards and Experience Builder are released with that version of the SDK with the fix will all get it "for free".

Polygons are currently limited to the centroid inside the feature but you can apply an offset to that centroid position.

You could use binning in this case because we have support for styling your bins (clusters on the roadmap) So I would create the summary statistic field for sum on the number of ppl and then use that new field under the Bin styling where it can use the counts and amounts size. You can control the size of the bins, set a scale threshold to turn off the bins when zoomed past a certain level if you wanted to.
