Is there an example where the user simply draws a polygon and then can save/export to a named shapefile? Thanks, David

This is a great example of a simple custom story map written with ArcGIS JS: Simple ArcGIS JavaScript Story Map Template – Ian Broad . Any others available? Thanks so much, David

I ran into this same kind of thing a while back when creating a dgrid to show my selection. I found the solution here: Custom Feature layer on loading on dgrid . It's basically this on line of code when you construct you construct/initialize/create your dgrid/attribute table. bufferRows: Infinity, This allows all rows to be loaded without having to scroll down to do so. Not sure how this would get inserted into the Feature Attribute code but here is what I do when I create my attribute table using dgrid: //Initialize the Activities grid
var gridActivitiesDay1 = new(declare([OnDemandGrid, Selection]))({
bufferRows: Infinity,
columns: {
OBJECTID: {
label: "GPSid"
},
Day1Date: {
label: "Day"
},
TimeofDay: {
label: "Time"
},
Latitude: "Latitude",
Longitude: "Longitude"
}
},
"divGridActivities"); If you can't do this with the Feature Attribute Table widget, setting "Maximum Number of Records Returned by Server" to 3,000 would work?

Tom, Your code works great (of course) in Chrome and Firefox, but there seems to be an issue in Internet Explorer (of course). In IE, the popup info window appears but there is no SV imagery, just blank. I was just wondering if you knew of a work around or some code corrections. I have recently learned how "unforgiving IE can be. Thanks so much for any help you can provide. David

Yeah, not sure why they remove some of those examples. I noticed this with 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, etc.. You can get those examples from older versions here: SDK Downloads | ArcGIS for Developers Select version next to "Download for Hosting Locally" (4.0 stuff at bottom of list) and then click on Documentation button.

Somewhere I spotted an article/link that revealed when 4.0 is released it will have a nice, new TOC functionality design (dijit?) Not sure if was from a link in one of these discussions or somewhere else. Does anybody happen to know where this new 4.0 TOC was mentioned? I remember seeing an actual image of this new TOC. Thanks so much, David

Tom, thanks so very much for your sample code! Love it! Been wanting something like this for a long time but never got around to tinkering with Google's API. Check out Pricing and Plans | Google Maps APIs | Google Developers "Free until exceeding 25,000 map loads per day for 90 consecutive days ." So should be OK unless used by a massive amount of users all the time (I think). Also, check out this older post: Google Streetview and Javascript api A lot of back and forth but in there is the attached code from Heming Zhu. Another great example of StreetView usage in an ArcGIS JS web app. David

Heming Zhu, Thanks you so much for that wonderful Street View sample. Love how this can easily work with the ArcGIS JS API. I'm assuming this should work with ArcGIS JS API version 3.15, correct? How about 4.0 beta3? I plan to test soon, but at any rate, many, many thanks for your sample! David

Great! Thank so much Kristian for letting me know. This is quite handy information I'll be using when non-beta 4.0 is released.

Yep, that does it! Thanks so very much! You patience and responses are greatly appreciated. Looks like that AttributeSelection.html file needed to also be in the js folder along with AttributeSelection.js.
