Hi Carsten, Does the GP require any inputs to be entered while running Launch GP step? Based on the error you saw, the input parameter you entered seemed to be invalid. Thanks, Meggie

What schema error do you see? You do not have to recreate the database. Can you make sure you connect to the portal in ArcGIS Administrator - Advance - Manage Portal Connection? Re-open Workflow Manager Administrator and switch to portal user store, you shall be getting a prompt for credentials to log into your portal.

Hello Diego, When your workflow manager service is published on Portal federated server, we would recommend checking the following things: 1. Your workflow manager database is using Portal user store. This is the way to grant all your portal users access to the database. 2. In the web app, you will need to change the configuration and set the authentication mode to Portal. Please refer to the section "Set up security using ArcGIS Portal Authentication" in ReadMe of the javascript viewer. These should give you a good start. Please feel free to let me know if you have any further issues. Thanks, Meggie

Hi Sushant, Extended properties are used to allow the business organization to store business specific properties. These properties can be configured by job types. You can configure one-to-one or one-to-many relationships. The following doc can help you understand how to configure the extended properties in Workflow Manager Desktop Administrator. http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/extensions/workflow-manager/configuring-extended-properties.htm The extended property values populated from the Workflow Manager jobs can be referenced by token to be used as input throughout your workflow. The following doc is talking about using tokens as dynamic properties while running the workflow. The token can not only be referenced to extended properties but also job properties, etc. http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/extensions/workflow-manager/tokens.htm Feel free to let me know if you have use cases in mind and would like to consider using extended properties. I will be more than happy to discuss it with you. Thanks, Meggie

Hi Jake, If you try to include a date field that is available from the Workflow Manager schema table into the query result, you can configure the job query in Workflow Manager Administrator - right click on the job query to Define Job Query - Fields tab. Add the date field from the left side tree view to the right. If you have switched the Define Job Query into SQL view, you will need to include the date field in the SQL statement of query. Hope this help. Thanks, Meggie

Hi, Charles, Does your event edits job share the same workflow as the LRS job? If it's a different workflow, clone will not work. Clone can only create child job with same job type as parent. Will it be do-able if you can put the information in the extended property of parent job and that can be copied over to the child job via running Create Job Advanced step? More details on how to configure "Create Job advanced" step can be found: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/workflow-manager/step-templates.htm Thanks, Meggie

Hi Charles, You could use Clone Job to create the child job with parent's job properties copied. The job properties that you can copy include job description, data workspace as well as selected parent version. It's not recommended to copy job name since it is unique. Also clone job doesn't support copying extended property values from the parent job. If you would like to share more details about your workflow, I would like to provide more opinions and hopefully can address your concerns. Thanks, Meggie

Hi, Heather, Yes it is possible to publish the WMX service on Portal federated server. We also recommend using the same portal user store in your Workflow Manager Repository. That way it allows your portal organizational users to be able to access the Workflow manager depending on their group assignment. Thanks, Meggie
