The issue with crashing when selecting a few features in ArcMap will be fixed by installing the following patch: ArcGIS 10.6.1 (Desktop, Engine, Server) Buffering Degenerated Polygon Patch I am not sure whether it will fix your issue with raster field types however. Mark, I cannot duplicate the issue. Basically the install package retrieves the RealVersion value from the following registry key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESRI\ArcGISPro It then checks the value to see if it is >= 1.2. So, for some reason, the value it is retrieving is either null or less than 1.2. You can check whether the key is there or try to run the installer with logging turned on and send us the log file. Here is the command: msiexec /i Example: msiexec /i C:\Data\ArcHydroToolsforArcGISPro.msi /l* C:\Data\msi.log Christine

GeoHMS should install Arc Hydro if it is not already installed. Can you try to uninstall GeoHMS, Arc Hydro and reinstall GeoHMS only? Christine Christine Dartiguenave Esri Water Resources Team

You only need your inlets: HydroJunction defines the points where the water can enter the pipe network, They should not be needed on the streams. Exception is the end of a terminal stream: you need a hydrojunction there or make sure it is extended outside of the dem. Christine

The HydroJunction feature class is created first as a point layer. Add all your inlets + any sink point that may need to be added at the end of terminal streams. This is (briefly) described in section 2.6 Review HydroJunction used as Inlet/Sinks in the Arc Hydro Stormwater Processing document. Then HydroJunction is used when creating the network so that all inlets are coincident with the lines. Christine Dartiguenave Esri Water Resources Team

The quick answer is that they should be compatible (both Pro and 10.6). We are in the process of testing them and adjusting them to take advantage of the new capabilities. Christine

Une option serait de ne pas utiliser relevant mais de mettre les champs associes dans un groupe qui peut etre ouvert ou ferme. Dans ce cas la, le risque est que les champs restent remplis alors qu'ils devraient etre vides. Christine Dartiguenave

I have added under Featured Contents a draft document describing how Arc Hydro may be used to process the raster and vector data to support stormwater delineation. This is a draft but it will show you the workflow as well as the new tools created to support it. Basically we burn in the inlets so that they act as sinks collecting the water and transmitting it to the stormwater system. Each inlet has an associated sinkwatershed which is the contribution to the inlet. The pipes and natural streams are connected with the inlets using a geometric network so the water may be traced upstream through the pipes and streams, and associated to the sink watersheds associated to the upstream inlets. You can download the tools from the following location (no password needed): http://downloads.esri.com/archydro/archydro/setup However if you need to use the ftp site, you can use the following password: ADSRiver.2017b It is either the current year or currentyear with b at the end since the password has to be changed every 6 months. We have changed the workflow for generating thethe raster representation of known vector streams in Ac Hydro Tools both in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro. Internally, the tool still handles both raster and vector input streams. However the UI for the tool in the tbx toolbox only allows to set one parameter type (we picked rasterlayer). For more context, a Python toolbox would allow you to set up multiple types so you can select either a vector or a raster layer, but then it has other limitations... Basically if you want to use an input vector, you can just modify the parameter type in the tool ui to feature layer and it will then work (Run ArcMap as admin and you can modify the toolbox). However, the recommended approach is to use first the tool Create Drainage Line Structures to generate the raster stream (Output Streak Link Raster - strlnk by default). Then use that raster as input to DEM Reconditioning or Build Walls. I am currently working on modifying the interface so that it says raster only for those. For now the back door is still available to use vector stream but it is not the recommended approach. Christine Dartiguenave Esri Water Resources Team

Your problem is that you have a loop in your streams. The tool cannot figure out loops. Look at your features with HydroID 1603 and 1699. You need to flip one of the segments, then rerun Generate From Node/To Node, Find Next Downstream Line and Assign River Order. Chirstine
