Any ideas how do I get the symbol change to parallel with the text numbers ? Actually, I set them up in ArcGIS 10.3.1 and rotate the symbol box to 90 degrees along with the numbers. 1 )See here and this is from ArcGIS 10.3.1 2) Now it is the same thing but it is in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 . How do I rotate the box symbol to 90 degrees here in Pro 2.0 ? Ugh ?????????

BTW, I just export each of the SDE into a File Geodatabase. That works so that is the only way around at this time.

It is hard to say. I work for the USDA Forest Service. We use ArcGIS 10.3.1 right not but we will pretty sure go upgrade to 10.5.1. The exactly date is unknown. Type of Database is Oracle Enterprise Geodatabase.

Yes, when I double click on it and then the next thing it says This container is empty. Even though I know the feature classes are there.

Yes that doesn't look very good. I would be curious how bad this will be in Los Angeles ? I grew up living in Southern California and went through many of them and that is horrific ! Right now I am trading from earthquakes to snow here in Colorado ha ha

Yeah, but I was just sayin' when others didn't know about this reduce file size and their email system is pretty limited.. So, I thought about this and sharing with others and see what others suggesting..Just the thought. Some of us who work in the Government may not allowed to use in the "storage in the cloud" such as Google Drive, so the government tells us which one in the cloud that we are allowed to use .

Yes I am aware of that but I was asking about the quality of the printing when you reduce the file size.

I have a couple of questions for those who have experience with exporting any map whether they be simple or complex maps.. I have a Abode Acrobat Pro DC version 2017.012.20093 installed on my computer. it is about Reduce File Size or PDF Optimizer that I want to know about. When you have that program installed on your computer AND when you have a map that was exported from ArcMap to PDF . Do you usually use Reduce File Size or PDF Optimizer to reduce the file size because the PDF you exported are mega file size and are impossible to email to someone. If that is the case, do you re-do again a couple of times to get under 10 MB ? What about the quality of the PDF when you reduce the file size ? What does it effect on the PDF reduce when you print them to the plotter ?

My suggest to you is to add a button to display another view to show the side by side views when you are working on a georeference. It is almost similar to that of Contextual View and the "Link Views". But when you are working on georeference you would have to use Explore to move it around and that becomes very difficult to do. So, when you enable the View to display side by side, you will have one in overview and the other in zoom in with the Explore to move it around. That should help to smooth it. Here is the example One View only With Two View you can see in ArcGIS Pro.
