The scanned map is very old and dated in 1898 done by USGS. And my question to you is why not have these in as a layers ? It seem like we have an open data with so many out there that shoud be avaiable to the public if you know what I mean ?

To use it for georeference a scanned map ...it has these a few latitude and Longtiude. I posted this similiar question a few weeks ago... https://community.esri.com/thread/237955-seeking-datasets-that-has-the-degree-minutes-and-seconds-world-longitude-and-latitude However, I found out that the DMS will have a lot of polygons to buld...so...that is one reason why I asked post this question and my Map Frame Question... Thank you for your thoughts AND I think everyone would appreciate if this were to happen in the future.

Okay on my last post about : Seeking datasets that has the degree, minutes and seconds world longitude and latitude Now I am trying to make them into layers but I do have a question for you ... So I have been working on setting it up the Grids in ArcMap 10.5.1 in the Layout and then I create two grids apart for one is Latitude and the second one for Longitude ... See picture and this is from ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1 Now I imported it from my MXD file into ArcGIS Pro and now it is currently in Map Frame... Is there a way around for me to export them into lines ? I do know that I can convert it to Graphics but it doesn't dynamic so... I want to get some feedback from you . So my question has anyone succeed convert it to Layer as a line ? I'd like to hear from you and I need that to work on my georeference .... anyone ?? Managing DataArcGIS Pro

I have been in searching of a website that was done by somebody from ESRI that wrote about...if I remember right...it was in either on the ArcGIS Mapping Center or in the ESRI Technical support article.... There was an article that an author from ESRI wrote about an examples of colors of Labels or font on over a satellite imagery in the background... Can't remember what it was about the article but I believe it was meant to give the users an examples of colors to show or visualize you the colors with the image in the background. I had that site saved it to my bookmark back then before ESRI decided to redesign their website and it may have move or remove from their server. I would like to get that information restore again but I can't find it on the internet... I am sure the end-user would appreciate me if I do request it to restore it again... Anyone remember it? feeling frustrated

Thanks.. I have never thought about that....good idea... I will try and do this method and see.. BTW, I tried what Joshua Bixby's suggesting to do this tool : Make Grids And Graticules Layer—Topographic Production toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop It is a good tool only if you are working on a small area but for a large area might be too much....though also it takes a lot of time and it took me a while to understand this tool works... I was able to get it done what I wanted....but I will do your suggestion and compare with the other tool.

Well I found out, I myself did not realized that the Degrees, Minutes, Seconads datasets, will have almost 4 billion polygons worldwide... So with that said, I will only need a small region area is what I need and not the whold world... I will follow what other suggest me to do is create a Fishnet or make my own Grids and Gratticules Layer... Thank you.
