Does anyone know of any GIS tools or methods for planning unidirectional flushing (UDF) for an entire water distribution system? For those unfamiliar, UDF is a proactive maintenance technique used to improve water quality and system performance. It involves flushing water mains in a controlled, sequential manner to remove sediment, biofilm, and stagnant water, which helps maintain chlorine residuals and reduce customer complaints about taste, odor, or discoloration. I’m particularly interested in simple solutions that integrate with GIS, rather than complex hydraulic modeling software. Ideally, the tool should: Identify which hydrants to flush Determine which valves to close Organize the flushing process in chronological order so no water main is left unflushed Use GIS mapping for visualization and planning Are there any tools, workflows, or best practices that combine GIS with UDF planning in a straightforward way? Any recommendations or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @RaajRaaj We’re using ArcGIS for SharePoint version 2025.3.1.0, which I believe is the latest. However, I still don’t see the “Add Document URL” toggle. I’m working with an AGOL-hosted feature layer that has editing enabled, and I’m the owner of the layer. Geotagging works fine and the tagged documents are accessible through GeoSearch, but the link doesn’t appear in the feature pop-up. Your thoughts

I am trying to get this work for my project but are there any more updates on this? I have different interface than presented in your example. I don't know which one is the most up-to-date.

@KansasDASC You need survey123 connect where you can create survey from your feature service. Once the survey is published, you can create feature report from Survey123 online. If you are not familiar with Survey123 Connect then you may use ArcPro and data driven pages as a report

@KansasDASC I had this done in the past as workaround. After collecting data in the field maps, create a survey from the feature service of your field maps data. Then, use a survey123 template to generate all the reports.

This will definitely be a great feature if made available. Not necessarily multiple inboxes required but options of multiple folders to list the related surveys inside the inbox will fulfil the need.
