Thanks for providing that information. Typically OSGB data should be output into a hierarchy where each tile root node will have its own folder so you would have Tile001, Tile002, Tile003, etc. Our importer expects the data to be structured in a certain way so that the tree hierarchy can be properly constructed. Without being able to take a look at this data its difficult to investigate this further. We have seen issues where the children nodes are not declared in the parent nodes or the data is all lumped into one folder structure and the imported is not able to differentiate the tile nodes when building the tree hierarchy. Are you able to provide the OSGB data so we can take a look on this end to determine the specific cause of the failure? thanks, Andrew

Hi, How are the OSGB files structured in the folder that you input? Was that how Photoscan output the files or did you move everything into one folder? thanks, Andrew

It is something that we have discussed but in the near term there are no plans. It would have to be something similar to the Project tool where a new output dataset is created in the new coordinate system rather than the existing data coordinate system being updated. If anything changes i'll be sure to post back here and provide an update. thanks, Andrew

Hi, It is not possible to change the coordinate system of a slpk as it is a cached dataset and the coordinate system is set in stone. It is also not possible to have a slpk without a coordinate system. Let me know if you have any other questions! thanks, Andrew

Hi Greg, I see your workflow now. I am able to reproduce this behavior. This is a bug so i'm logging an issue now to get this fixed. I'll post back here when we have the fix in. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this so we can get a repro case. -Andrew

I tested with a las dataset too and saw the RGB option appear. Do you see the RGB option if you create a las dataset with default settings? Can you provide more details or add some screenshots on how you filtered it? thanks, Andrew

Hi, Are you able to share the LAS file? On my end I have a LAS file with RGB values and I am seeing the parameter populate fully so i'd like to take a look at this LAS file in more depth to determine the issue. thanks, Andrew

Hi Mary, How large is the entire dataset of OSGB files? Would you be able to provide those via FTP so I can take a deeper look on this end? thanks, Andrew

Hi Mary, We updated the doc for 2.3 to add some further clarification and make it clear that this is a required parameter. Create Integrated Mesh Scene Layer Package—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop Here's the details Similar to other 3D graphic formats, the Open Scene Graph Binary (OSGB) format does not natively support specifying or capturing the coordinate system of the model. Typically, OSGB files are output in a Cartesian coordinate system that locates data at fixed coordinates. The x-, y-, z-coordinates of the model are not inherently geographic locations; instead, they are locations relative to an arbitrary geometric origin (0, 0, 0). One such typical coordinate system used for such models is ENU (Easting-Northing-UP) convention, where the x-axis can be thought of as an easting direction and the y-axis as a northing direction, and the z-axis is up. Models in ENU convention are directly translatable to a UTM coordinate system. This tool will project the output scene layer package from a given UTM coordinate system to the coordinate system specified by the Anchor Point parameter. If the scene layer package output is expected to be in the same coordinate system as the input data, specify an anchor point with a matching spatial reference to the input OSGB file. Depending on the author of the OSGB files, a metadata file may be included that reveals the local reference grid along with the center point of the Open Scene Graph model. Did context capture ouput a metdata.xml file with this dataset? thanks, Andrew

Hi, I would recommend that you wait just a little longer. At ArcGIS Pro 2.3 release we will introduce the new Building Scene Layer type. You will be able to create scene layer packages from building (revit) layers and publish them to Portal 10.7 or ArcGIS Online (December Release). This workflow will make it a lot easier to share you revit data across the platform as well as visualize and filter it. ArcGIS Pro 2.3 is set to be released in January 2019. You can sign up for the beta program if you want an earlier preview of this functionality. ArcGIS Pro 2.3 Beta

Thanks for providing that information. At this point I think it is best to get a case open with tech support. They will be able to screenshare with you and go into the Data Store settings to determine the cause of the problem. It could be an issue with registering the database or certificates or something else. You will get the quickest resolution by speaking with a support analyst. What region are you in? There should be an Esri distributor that you can reach out to if you are not in the US.

Hi, Looks like it may be the custom vertical coordinate system that is causing the problem. I'm going to have our developer debug this further to get the exact cause. I was able to successfully run the tool by creating a prj file for the LAS which overrides the coordinate system in the header of the LAS. Here is the prj file that i used https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=178899bc2e2f423baedae57bf29c3bbb Go ahead and place that with the LAS file and let me know if it works for you.
