You would add it just like your use of "rel=nofollow" option. The order you drop it in doesn't matter- either drop it in before or after your "rel" option. HTML A Reference.

Have you tried adding target="_blank" to your HTML link? That will open the link in a new tab/window which might help you get around the CORS issue.

Really doesn't seem to be a good place to ask this so I'll just put it here. Our HP Z6200 Series needs repairs and I'm thinking about downsizing to replace it. I'm considering something from the T Series such as the T730 or T630/T650. I just wanted to see if there is anyone out there that has a T series and could offer up their opinion / experience with them. I imagine that vector based maps will be fine but how about imagery maps? Any issues or grievances there? I have a couple print samples on the way to me but I'm not sure how representative those prints will be. I just really want to get away from HP's 6 ink / printhead nightmare. Thanks! Steve

Select your layer, and then click on the fields section. Click on the field of interest and you should see the toggle for the thousands separator.

I only use the imagery as a backdrop but you could also try using the USDA's image service and see if that works better for you. Maybe because they're still context sensitive? For example, a tool might be related to rasters so you still have select a raster layer in the TOC in order to activate the tool. That being said, I still recall instances where I wanted to place a tool in Arcmap someplace else and typically there might be multiple versions of that command, depending on context (think of the Properties for the Data Frame, Properties of a graphic object, etc). If you chose the wrong one, it would still be greyed out even though you expect it to be enabled.

Your second screenshot suggests that you're working in the US so you could leverage USDA NAIP imagery which is 1 meter resolution. Depending on how recent the imagery is for your state, that current imagery may also include a 4th band of near-infrared. Apart from that, you could also download Landsat 9 data through the USGS EarthExplorer site and create panchromatic sharpened imagery at 15 meter resolution.

There's got to be a way to do it using Windows Alt key commands but you could try this- find your Normal.mxt and rename it to Normal_old.mxt. Normal.Mxt is the file that stores many Arcmap preferences and customizations so it's something to test. When you start up Arcmap, it won't find the normal.mxt because it was renamed and so it will create a new one. The downside if it is the MXT is that you lose your custom menus and any command rearranging that you do. The Normal.mxt will be located in your Windows profile something like this: C:\Users\<your login>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.8\ArcMap\Templates Steve

Luckily for me, we're still on Windows 10 so I'm operating just fine. I know that Windows Mobile had issues with Windows 10 but I was able to get it working using the advice that has been posted online. Maybe this link will help you out. It's basically the same process I used to get it to work under Windows 10.

Agree with everything mentioned so far. I'm also from the Arcmap entrenched camp and will not fully migrate to Pro until it's no longer possible to use Arcmap. For me, it's a bad UI design. Every action sets off a game of Where's Waldo as you work to catch up with where you're supposed to click next- left screen click->right screen click-> top ribbon pane click.... The movement to the calcite based help documentation also has eliminated a lot of detail that used to be present in the help documentation. I'd much prefer the level of detail and organization of a 9.x or even early 10.x ArcGIS Help Doc over the current system.

Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since my WAB experience has been extremely limited (working on an app on the side but nowhere near actually implementing it). Hopefully someone else will chime in but what I posted is generally what I understand when I hear ESRI mention an App ID.

When you register your app inside of your Portal or with AGOL, it generates the App ID and that's what you're seeking. You can see the App ID in this screenshot: The Data Source URL and the Redirect URI should be the same URL and that would be the URL to your application, installed on your server (i.e "https://someLocalAgency.gov/parcelViewer" or whatever you determine it to be)
