In Illustrator, try exporting the graphic to CAD format (DXF) and then bring import it into ArcGIS Pro and then save it as a feature layer. It won't have spatial attributes but you can just bring it in and manually move it and scale the feature once you have it into GIS.

I don't know if this will meet your needs but how about using a joined table to your community names? The table would have a 1:many relationship to your community names and contain all of the properties associated with that community. I did something a little similar where I had geographic areas that had multiple literary citations and used the table join with one of the Instant apps to provide access to the info (it's internal, sorry). As you can see, the associated records are shown in the infoWindow sidebar with a "zoom to" option for each feature.

There's also the softcover book "Arc/Info Quick reference" by Bruce Kreis which was my desktop reference back in the day. I miss those days... 😢

I would like to see this charting option also made available in Experience Builder as well. As part of our obligation to meet federal Title VI requirements, we must look at disadvantaged populations and we're now being directed to expand this type of analysis to also include age and sex.

Another potential factor could be the license level that is available within your organization. You cannot edit an enterprise SDE feature class with a basic ArcGIS license level.

Thanks for responding. I'll try not to shoot the messenger but... It's *incredibly* frustrating as a user to continually have existing functionality removed in subsequent ESRI product releases. Workarounds aren't workarounds- they're work mores. I'm already up to my neck in having to migrate content from one Portal install to another, *in addition* to the forced migration from WAB to Dashboards. I'm simply not going to add another item to the maintenance bin in the form of a summary table. What if my data needed to be displayed live? I could do that in WAB but you're telling me I can't in the new Dashboards. You're increasing my work, not making it easier or better. I'll mark your answer as the solution to my question but I'll just be removing the chart from the dashboard.

Hopefully someone from ESRI can chime in but, speaking in generalities, if a feature exists in AGOL and isn't present in Portal, you generally have about a 6 month delay for it to appear in Portal. I can't find a link off the top of my head but ESRI has discussed feature rollout in the past and said that the order of release is AGOL -> Developer Edition -> Enterprise.

I haven't experienced what you're showing but I'll throw out aRandom suggestion- convert the shapefile to a File GeoDB feature class and then try the export tool on the FileGeoDB FC. Just something to try

I have some WebApp Builder based Dashboards that I need to migrate to ArcGIS Dashboards and one WAB chart has me frustrated and the Dashboards help is useless. These are the settings of the WAB chart: I've added a serial chart in Dashboards and have the categories from Grouped Values option specified but I can't seem to break out the chart values across 4 different fields like I have in the WAB chart (Dashboards doesn't seem to support it summary by more than one field). If I select categories from features, I can kind of replicate the chart but the values shown don't seem correct. What am I missing? Steve

NAPSIG is an organization focused on emergency management and they also have incident response symbol sets so this might be another option to check out. https://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=2d21503899714afe8769ceb946419f2a#overview

You could use Arcade to look at the current month of the current year. If it's October or later, you would use the current year's value. If not, you would use the previous year's value: var theDate = Date();
var theMonth = Month(theDate);
If(theMonth >= 9) {
return Year(theDate);
} else {
return Year(theDate)-1;
} Note: the Month function returns a value from 0-11 so you look for a value of 9 or greater

At the risk of telling you something you already know, ESRI doesn't directly support MS Access in Pro but it is technically possible using OLE connections. ESRI has a blog post about this so I think you'll need to find the appropriate SDK bits that accomplish what is described in the blog post.

So you don't have a copy of the project file that created that map? For the most part, it looks a lot like the old ESRI Streets base map but the orange, green, and yellow areas are likely vector layers overlaid onto it with transparency. Unfortunately, the raster version of the Streets basemap has been retired in favor of the vector basemap version so I think you'd be hard pressed to replicate it exactly. You could try using the Vector Tile Style Editor and trying to tweak the current Streets basemap to look like this older version. There's a story map linked in this ESRI blog post that walks you through this process.
