Hi A display request should take less the 1 second. If 9 requests will come in the same second then 7 will be processed by 7 SOC's and the other 2 will wait for one second. In real life if the display is tune up then 2 instances will be more then you need. If a user ask for 4 pan/zoom operation in a minute then 10 users create 40 requests in a minute and 1 SOC is about 66% busy. In that rate even one should do the work. ... View more

The Display time for one user depend mainly on the CPU not on the memory or number of cores. E5-2640 is an old processor. One more issue - from your screen shot it looks like you are not using scale depended renderer. You should turn on labeling in smaller scale. Hi It is not easy to understand why it is black without the real data. The easiest way to solve such problems is to understand what images is displayed by doing "selectvisible rasters" Then find the raster that have the black part and edit the footprint polygon for this raster to keep the black part out. Yes, We would like to keep a log outside the project that keep track of users actions. In ArcMap we get the GP Form(using windows not ArcObjects) and got the GP tool name from the Form title. In Pro it is not a different window but part of Pro window. We are looking for some event that we can subscribe to that will fire for any GP tool that is running and can be used to write to outside log. Another option is to get a list of command from the history when you close the project and write them to the log before exiting. I could not find any option to implement any of these options. ...
