If you want to model the customer's infrastructure, past the service connection, you can. You would want to create these as devices with a directional terminal configuration (similar to a check valve) so traces would take the directionality of the backflow prevention devices into account. Do you really want to create, and more importantly do you want to maintain, this extra level of detail in your model? If a customer makes changes to the water infrastructure on their side of the connection, will you be notified about this (assuming they properly permit and construct it?). @SanchezNuñez  That domain defines all the Asset Types for the "Low Distribution Main" Asset Group assigned to the Sewer Device class. If you add a value/description to that domain you are adding an asset type, changing the description of a coded value is renaming an asset type, and removing a code/description from the domain is deleting an asset type. This is covered in this page in the online help: Utility network management tasks—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Renaming asset types is not currently supported (as discussed in this community thread). Adding new asset types can be done, once the topology is disabled, but you must make sure that you apply any other necessary configurations while the topology is disabled like adding rules, network categories, and updating any relevant subnetwork definitions to include the new asset type as a valid line/device/etc. ... While this feature is planned to be added in a future release, you currently need to export the utility network to an asset package, make the change, and stand up a new geodatabase. You will not be able to retain history or versions through this process, so you should think carefully before doing this and ensure there aren't any other significant changes you need to make at the same time. ... Are you looking for areas that aren't looped? Are you just using it to verify that everything is connected? Are you hoping to build some kind of hydrant flushing application? The community sample does take into account all the subnetwork controllers for the subnetwork. Because it is a community sample it was written to be easily understood, so there are many optimizations that could have been put in place to make it faster but were omitted for clarity's sake. ... @EdwardBlair what version of the model are you looking at? In the latest versions of the model both the devicestatus and normalposition fields have domains that only include the open/closed values. In earlier models, there was a domain assigned at the class level that also included active/inactive, but the domain assigned to operable devices should only include the values open/closed. As you know, when a class has subtypes, you must look at the domain assigned at the subtype level. ... View more
