I'm guessing this issue has to do with a tool that has a field map parameter that is not updating. The field map gets updated when the model is first validated not at runtime, so if you change the inputs the field map will not refresh to adapt to the new input. If this is indeed the case the fix is to have the field map calculated using a python function embedded in the Calculate Value tool using the arcpy.fieldmappings() methods. This approach allows the field map to be created/updated at runtime so it will match the inputs, and you will have full control of the output table schema (field list, field types etc). Sorry to say this coding is a little tricky but it does make it possible for field maps to be "portable" to changed model inputs. Hope this helps at least diagnose the problem and get you started on a solution.

I think what you want to do is run the Zonal Statistics As Table tool using your tract boundaries as the zone raster and the score raster as your value raster. Then you can join the tables together to get what you want. Make sure the cells size used is small enough so your tracts don't get dropped, and be careful to only process the extent you need so it doesn't take decades to run. Good luck!

At the end of a very long thread, this may be a workaround: ArcGIS Pro | ArcPy - How To Refresh the Map https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/arcgis-pro-arcpy-how-to-refresh-the-map/m-p/1153373/highlight/true#M52737

You can probably use the Define Projection tool to apply this spatial reference to your CAD file. If that doesn't work you may have to georeference it with links, here's a nice little video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kwk5ndihFd0

GCS NAD 1983 is a geographic coordinate system (decimal degrees), this will not work, you need the projected spatial reference. Search for it by WKID by typing this number in the coordinate system search box: 102643 https://spatialreference.org/ref/esri/102643/

This book is a great resource for georeferencing issues with any kind of dataset, including CAD files: Lining Up Data by @MargaretMaher (Esri Press) also see Several years ago Margaret Maher published a great reference for lining up data in ArcGIS. My question is there any guidance on creating a projection file for ACAD polylines (dwg) for ArcGIS Pro 2.2?

I have successfully done this by copying the project folder using Windows (or zipping it and local extract) to a local folder location. This avoids the packaging process attempting to copy data. But do note that paths on the same letter-drive or share as your project will remain relative paths so you may need to get creative as to exactly where you create the "template" project. I am hoping @KoryKramer can get us some better guidance on this, as the help seems to indicate that project templates seem to be the workflow they suggest, but they sure don't seem to work for us!

If they are geolocated what is missing is the spatial reference - the XYs are OK, but there is no spatial reference label on the dataset. If the map is set to the same spatial reference as the data, you'll see things plot in the right place.

Either you need to add a projection label (assuming your CAD file has XY coordinates that conform to a known coordinate system) using the Define Projection tool, or the file is in local xy coordinates and you need to add georeferencing to map it to a known coordinate system. This requires some known mapped locations on your CAD file to be used as links. ArcGIS Pro Help: Georeference CAD data

Hate to ask, but is there a reason you can't implement this by importing symbology from a lyrx layer file? This would be a lot less work!

This is now a user-modifiable setting in the backstage. On the plus side now you can set up a configuration file so you users can have this or other settings enforced to an expected config environment. Again not ideal, but you do have options.

This does not sound like a one-at-a-time thing, this is something you can do with an entire feature class. 1. Create a feature layer from the point using the Create Feature Layer tool with the sql expression IssueLicense = 'Yes' 2. Select Layer by Location to select points not within 5m of an AddressPoint (within a distance, invert selection) 3. Use the Append tool to add points.
