Have you assigned the E field to X and the N field to Y? If they were reversed this would create some really weird UTM locations (way off zone) which would explain the invalid geometry warning.

@AzinSharaf the benefit of using pycharm in 2.7 is so you can use PyCharm to write and debug scripts for ArcMap, although we try to write code that will work in both, you do sometimes need to test to make sure! Personally when writing scripts for ArcMap or Pro I try really hard (if possible) to use and test against the existing (extensive) Esri-released python stack so you aren't asking users to mess with the Python environment so they can run my tool or script.

Your cursor is capturing the shape of the first point. I believe that if you want the extent of the union of both points, you want to get the extent from arcpy.Describe() on the feature set.

> Google Drive works great for everything except rasters! If your file based datasets (gdb, shapefile) have not been corrupted on a synced folder, my experience is it is only a matter of time. This isn't about spaces in pathnames, though of course that's an issue no matter where the data are stored. So just want to reiterate that the only way to safely use ArcGIS Desktop in synching cloud folders is if you turn it off while working in desktop applications -- and you have to remember. My experience is like most things it will work until the day before the student's project is due. 😉 This tech article was mentioned above should be shared far and wide to students! When I was teaching, I linked it all over the place in install instructions, syllabi, and LMS so students could not miss it as the convenience of cloud drives is so tempting. So here is that link again as it is important! Problem: ArcGIS Pro and Cloud Storage Services

When calling your model from arcpy, arcpy.env.overwriteOutput should be set to True. Is this not working? Often in the desktop apps it is common for a layer to not easily release file locks (regardless of overwrite setting), lots of bug fixes of that through the years. When running standalone outside of the desktop app, there aren't data layers in the interface (just in memory when created) so these problems are less likely - IF you make sure the environment overwriteOutput is set to True in your code.

The PCS truly matters for this test because it includes the linear unit used (foot or international foot) Also the equal area projection will be more or less equal area for the polygon in question depending on how close it is to meridians and parallels used. Thanks for this test it is useful. At this point I recommend (and ask) for you to file an incident report with Esri and share what you learn from them here in this thread.

Yes this is new. From the What's New in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 under Analysis and Geoprocessing / General The majority of geoprocessing tools with linear or areal unit parameters have been updated to include both US Survey Foot-based units and International Foot-based units. I think it's a safe bet that US Survey Foot acres were the old ones used. They are pretty close but the time has finally come to finally go to international foot when one can. They've only been urging it since 1959. 😀 US Survey Foot FAQ

There are many stream order schemes. The Spatial Analyst Stream Order tool supports Strahler and Shreve. NHDPlus uses Strahler. Can you be more specific about how NHDPlus stream ordering is not what you want?

The way to override Microsoft's guesses is to edit a Schema.ini file Add an ASCII or text file table (ArcGIS Pro Help) Loading Numeric Data As Text in ArcGIS Pro (Temple Univ) Example code in Schema.ini file (assuming the time is in the fourth column): [MyExcellentFile.csv]
Col4="TimeValue" Text This will force the fields you want to text. Or -- you may want to try adding three dummy rows of data to the top of the field with "aaaaaaa" for the time fields you want read in as text, to basically fool Microsoft parser to read that field as text, then you can select and delete those rows after import with the Delete Rows tool. Believe it or not, this is sometimes the easiest solution if it is a one-off file import!

If you create a text variable and mark it as a parameter, you can use the variable name in tool parameter values, for example, Create Workspace (example: %Continent%) and Copy Features (example: %Continent%_Rivers), or any other tool. I recommend avoiding spaces in the variable name to avoid parameter validation checking blowing up on the spaces, for example use Continent_Name or ContinentName not "Continent Name". If the substitution gets complicated you can use Python string syntax or functions with the Calculate Value tool to get the exact text you want derived from your input name variable. Hope that helps!

The Make Raster Layer tool has a parameter to select bands. Perhaps you could run that on your input, specifying the three bands you want and pipe that into Copy Raster To Other Format?

Just one approach, this can be done using python expressions in the Python window. You can copy and paste the results into a new file to read it in as a table. with arcpy.da.SearchCursor("file.csv") as rows:
for row in rows:
ids = row[0].split(",")
val = float(row[1])
valpart = val / len(ids)
for k in ids:
print(k, valpart)
